Akihito stepped up to Blancblack Manor. Staring at the door, he didn't have any Pokémon out because he didn't want to startle any wild Pokémon that he would run into. Pushing the door open, the old door creaked open and the room was dark. Getting his flashlight out and turning it on. Stepping into the large room Aki looked aaround and saw stairs curving up to a landing. Ahead of him was a set of double doors that was cover in dust. The Lava student climbed the set of stair to his left. When he reached the top he saw a single door that he slowly opened and eentered. Moving hhisfflashlight aroundthe room ssearching the area. He was looking for a Dark or Psychic types. He heard that this had powerful Pokémon of both types. Continuing on he opened the door on the opposite side of the room.

Opening the door he heard a faint crying coming from the corner. Moving his flashligbt in tbe ddirectionkonthe ssound he saw a Espurr. She was hiding in the corner, looking very frightened. Approaching it slowly be reached jntk his backpack and got out an Oran berry. Getting down on its level he reached out offering the berry to the gray and white cat. The Espurr sunk deeper into the corner. Aki got an idea, he reached into his pocket and got out Dragos ball. Calling it out the tiny dragon appeared and the Espurr cowered more. It was obviously been attacked by other Pokémon. Akihito handed the Oran berry to Drago and he took a bite. Aki reached in and pulled anothrr out and offered it to the Espurr. It slowly crept forward and took the berry. Letting out a meow of joy and she and Drago sat there eating the berries.

"You like that little miss? Aki asked the Espurr. The cat like Pokémon nodded and continued to munch away at the Oran berry. As he watched the wild Pokémon he noticed that be was jinjured The trainer took a potion out of his bag and used it on the gray and white feline. Drago watched as Aki healed the wild Pokémon. Aki really wanted tthe little lady on his team but he didn't want to traumatize it anymore by battling it. Battling was tthe easiest way to catch but this Espurr had been through enough and Aki ddidn't want to cruel to the poor thing. Aki thought it would be best if he asked the Espurr if she wanted tto join his team. "How about you like to come with me and Drago? I'll protect you from anything that might hurt you. I promise. " Drago nodded in agreement and climbed on Akis shoulder to show that Akihito can be trusted.

The Espurr nodded in acceptance. Aki took out a empty ppokeball and tapped it on the Espurr. It disappeared into the ball and the trainer held it as it ttwitched. After it was done Aki looked at the ball then to Drago, he ewasglad that she ddecided to come along with them. He didn't like to see Pokémon that are mistreated. If it was by Pokémon or even worse people. After receiving his Espurr he thought it would be a good idea to leave. As he left he pondered what hr was going to call his new partner. "How about Ophelia? How's that sound buddy?" Drago nodded in agreement as they exited the manor and headed home with their new friend.
