Links 3, 4, 5, 10, 12, 13, 17, 28, 29, and 30 are all duplicates. That's 10 links; so you have a total of 20 valid ads. The qualifies you for the rod and the credits, but not the candy or the Pokemon. Now, given that you're on a solid 20, it's not like you'll "waste" any ads by not going up to the next tier, but you're free to do more ads, if you want.
