Now this is what Kyrie was all about. Darkness, silence, solitude - minus the countless ghosts that were watching her no doubt. It still felt uncomfortable, that feeling that she was being watched; but there was just something different when pokemon were the ones that stared. It was probably because pokemon or more of the curious sort than the cynical ones. Like an innocence that humans didn't possess. Probably why they're so loved as well, other than the fluffy fur that was. It was a peaceful place to walk around, fiddling with her handheld. Not to mention it's light was wonderful in the dark dreary place.
On the girl's shoulder was the fluffy form of her eevee who merely watched the pixels play across the screen. Unlike her creepy grinner and her evil looking metal ant, the eevee was like one cuddly little neck warmer. He was so docile compared to the sableye who liked to pop out of his ball and hijack her handheld or her durant which would always try to eat her stuff. Literally, everything on her person is on the menu for that hungry critter.
Kyrie gave the creature a quick pat on the head, "I wonder if I catch more guys like you my ma and pa will finally give me a break." Mammon in turn only gave out a questioning 'kyuu'. He didn't say his name like a normal pokemon would, or if he did it was short and quick that it sounded like a squeak or chirp instead. Of course if she was going to catch something that would have a temperament like Mammon, they'd most likely not be in a ghost filled house. There was a saying that ghosts were tricksters. Or was that the dark-types? Kyrie didn't know. She didn't even know Asmodeus, her Sableye; was both a ghost and dark type until she found out while playing with her dex. Poke-genius this one. Worst case scenario, she could always just pick a shady corner and pull out her games. That never goes wrong.
