[Fianna Hayes]

Mobile Fotress Bouffalant Bernie was moving full speed through the forest again. Atop him was the typical squad of Fianna and Elena, with Louie fistpumping and crying with excitement. The motley crew shot through the open path, occasionally weaving in between trees due to Bernie side-stepping other things. All in all, the ride was okay enough. Not as clean as others, but it got them to cover the area at a good pace, and there was nothing wrong with that. The young lady, gently pressing her body against her Sylveon, stared forward, when she could, with her one good eye, looking out for potential opponents and soon-to-be partners.

[Fianna Hayes]

Fianna had caught sight of a Deerling, but she knew she already had one. It was better to keep her horizons a little brought for the time being. The only thing she'd probably catch doubles of, for the time being, would be Eevees. And, to be fair, she needed a number of them, anyway. With so many evolution possibilities, it wasn't possible to have just one. She, really and truly, kind of wanted every one of the evolved Eevees. Well, all the same, she opted to not hassle the deer, and instead steered Bernie away from it, lest the others decide it was time to dance with great madness and fury.

Time for the search to continue.

[Fianna Hayes]

Fianna was a bit amused when a bear stood in their way, growling in a manner that she could only consider cute. Oh, sure, the bear probably thought he was menacing, but the girl saw it as adorable. Right, well, it wanted to try to scare them, so she'd at least treat him like he was a “threat”. Or, rather, act like he was by sending someone out to battle him. He'd probably be content with that. And Fianna'd be content to capture the cute little cub. She lobbed a ball, and out came her Vulpix, Alicia. The fiery fox, seemingly bothered by being beckoned again so soon, kept her nose high when faced with the bear. Meanwhile, the girl-fairy-monkey-buffalo crew circled the two.

”Alicia, sweetie, use Confuse Ray on that oversized teddy!” With a gust of air essentially the same as a human's “Hmph”, the fox fired a pulsating ray at the bear, confusing its senses! In response? The bear did not give a shit and slashed at her! He was confused, but his wits were about him enough to attack. The fox, not waiting for an order, immediately blasted the bear with fire! The bear, flailing to put itself out, ended up hurting itself in its confusion! Again, the Vulpix breathed fire on it, seemingly intent on making him a crispy-fried bear nugget. Either way, that second blast of fire did him in. He flopped over, twitching, and passed out.

Fearing that Alicia might get too frisky with the bear, Fianna returned the Vulpix before lobbing a different ball out to capture the Teddiursa.
