Benji had kept his eyes shut tight the whole flight up to the castle. He hated heights, yet was totally interested in exploring this place. So he had to ignore his fear and just do it. Since his Hawchula was a bit too small to be ridden, the bird had carried Benji. He was surprised the little thing was so strong, but was also glad she hadn't dropped him. The flight hadn't taken that long though and before he knew it his feet were touching solid ground.
With a sigh of relief he finally opened his eyes and was greeted with an enormous castle. He looked up as far as he could, clouds floating around lazily and passing them. "Wow, this place is amazing." Camila nodded but seemed to be exhausted after carrying him all the way up here. "Take a rest, I'll need you again when I have to leave." She let out a huff as he returned her. Maybe he should invest in getting a bigger Pokemon to fly him up next time. Shrugging he entered the deserted castle to explore.
He wondered who had lived here before, in fact it almost felt like someone was still living in here. It kind of creeped him out how silent it was inside, yet at the same time the silence had it's own noise. He could swear he heard faint music somewhere on another level of the place but he was totally not going to check it out. Not this time at least, baby steps right? Curious he started peeking into random rooms, wondering if he would find anything interesting.
Current Team: Zoroark, Tyrantrum, Escavalier, Charmeleon, Hawlucha, Absol.
Looking for: Aggron, Excadrill, Aegislash, Metagross, Lucario, Pangoro.

Empty, empty, and empty. All the rooms had nothing much interesting in them, and Benji was about to just give up and leave. Until he heard something moving outside in the hallway of the room he was in. It sounded like something made of metal, and it was walking quite slowly. Curious, yet cautious he opened the door slowly and peered out into the deserted hallway. A lone Bisharp was walking down the hallway, and almost seemed like some sort of guard doing his rounds. It didn't look too friendly so Benji shut the door quietly and waited for it to pass. He really didn't feel like getting tangled up with it, and wasn't interested in catching it either. He waited a few minutes for it to leave and went back out into the long hallway. "Okay, well at least I know there are Pokemon to find here." He continued on going the opposite way the Bisharp went. There had to be something in here that he could add to his team, he wouldn't leave until he found it.
Action: Passing.

Since there wasn't much else on the first floor, he decided to go up a grand staircase and to the second floor. The music seemed to not get any louder even though he could have sworn it was coming from up here. The second floor was pretty much identical to the first so he continued his routine of peeking into the various rooms through the hallway. Empty. One with a piano. Empty. Empty. One that seemed like a dining area. A large Honchkrow casually flew through the hallway right above his head and Benji ducked. "Whoa," he said as the Pokemon made its way up another staircase and disappeared. "I wonder what they're doing here."
Curious he followed the Honchkrow up to the third floor and was greeted with a whole new layout. Instead of a long hallway this one was more circular in nature, with big doors lining the curved walls. The bird was no where to be seen so Benji just decided to check out the first door that was closest to him. Hopefully he'd find something to catch because it was getting rather late, and he totally didn't want to fly in the dark.
Action: Passing again.

The first room he entered seemed empty like the rest of them. Yet there was this odd looking white statue in the corner of the room. He had never seen something like it, so curiously went over to touch it. "What is this?" He said quietly as he let his hand slide over the odd ridges. A second later the 'statue' rumbled beneath his hand and spun around. It nearly knocked Benji over but he was able to keep his balance after stumbling back a few feet. It wasn't a statue after all, but a Lairon! Benji's eyes widened at the creature, he'd been looking for one of these, or their evolutions, so this trip wasn't a waste after all.
The Lairon seemed a bit angry at being bothered so Benji had to do this fast. He grabbed a ball off his belt and with a few clicks released his Tyrantrum. She was almost as big as the room itself but luckily fit. "Jade use Earthquake!" She seemed a bit confused at where she was but still stomped her feet hard on the floor. It began to crack and rumble and the Lairon had no where to flee. The attack hit dead on, and the Pokemon was majorly weak to ground attacks...so it didn't stand much chance. With a low growl it glared at Benji and Jade before falling over on it's side. Grabbing an empty ball he tossed it at the Lairon and waited.
Action: Tyrantrum used Earthquake, 4x damage, OHKO. Attempted to catch.

Benji carefully made his way across the cracked and crumbling floor as he scooped up the caught Lairon. He studied the ball for a minute with a grin before adding it to his belt. "Lucky no one lives here, I'd probably have to pay for this damage." Looking around the once flawless floor was now covered in cracks, and dust and felt like it would cave in at any moment. He didn't really want to test the floor anymore so he quickly made his way out, down two flights of stairs, and back outside. With a groan he stomped his foot as he remembered he still had to fly back down to the academy. "Ughhh, come on Camila, let's get this over with," he said as he released his Hawlucha. She seemed recovered from the first flight, but also didn't look too happy to have to carry him again. She grabbed onto his shoulders tightly and they began their decent back down to the island.
