It had been a long week and Aki thought he would finish it off with a nice walk through the Vanilla Peeks. It was not only a long walk from his dorm to the Water Dorm section of the Academy. But it was going to be quiet a hike for him. It was going g to be cold and wet. He had a feeling that he was going to come back with a new member of his team. He had quite a team already. He was also debating if he should just start challenging other trainers so he can get experience for the next tournament. He was going to win the next one. Aki realized after the match he could have won if he used Earth Power instead of Rock Slide but its too late now. He though about all of this as he drudged up the snowy peak.

Aki had come across a small cave. Stepping inside to warm up a little and to search for one of the Pokémon he had come here to get. He had been looking at the typing of his team and be didn't have a ice type. He had other ways to over power types that were weak to ice but he wanted an ice type just in case. As he was walking through the cave he spotted a yellow cone looking thing behind a rock. Placing his hand in his bag and pulled out the ball for Clementine. Throwing it the little fire bird popped out and was ready to go. "All right girl, lets catch this one off guard. Fire Fang." The Darumaka jumped at the Snorunt. Just it must have heard Aki because it dodged the attack and hit the Darumaka with a Ice Shard. It did almost nothing to Clementine. "Go for it again" The Darumaka leaped forward and bit the Snorunt. The Snorunt cried out and fell over. Reaching for an empty academyball and threw it at the Snorunt.

"Yes, got me an Ice type. Good job Clementine, you were awesome." Aki said as he walked over and picked up the ball containing his new Snorunt. He had hope he would find a female he preferred Fosslass over Glalie. Turning around seeing that Clementine was bouncing around happy that she had won the battle for her trainer. Smiling at the sight Aki reached in and took out her pokeball. Recalling her before he exited the cave and made the trek down the mountain and back to the warmer side of the island were his dorm was. He couldn't imagine dealing with the snow and cold like the Water Dormers do.
