History: William was born to a Mr. and Mrs. Morison, and raised by them in Slateport City. Slateport city was situated next to the ocean, which allowed for his family to visit the ocean regularly. Not only did the city's location allow for family trips to the beach, it allowed for an abundant food source. This food source was, to be expected, fish. Or to be more specific Magikarp, and the occasional Goldeen. These fish were, and still are, gathered and sold. They were usually sold in an open air bazaar, which was how his father brought in money.
William lived a happy life with his parents, and after a few years his sister, Alice. Alice was born when William was seven, which didn't exactly make him happy. For at that age he had some very foolish thoughts about the opposite gender. One of his most common thoughts at the time was that he would catch "Coodies" from his little sister. These thoughts however lasted for a very short time, for his parents reassured him that no such thing existed.
While growing up with his family William visited, and attended, many schools. Often most public schools didn't quite meet the "Standard" which his parents desired. This standard was created as to make sure William got the best education. With these standards in place he often visited many schools with his parents. Some of them met the standards, while others didn't. Usually the ones that didn't meet their standards were the ones he wanted to attend the most. Although in most occasions his personal view wasn't taken into account.
During the summer his family went on a trip to Harmonia Island. Or to be more specific they went to Mavro City. His parents had decided this would a fun trip, and a great way to start the summer. While there his family checked out many stores, which he found quite boring. Usually he would simply find somewhere to relax in the store, while the rest of his family went shopping. While sitting down on a comfy chair in the mall he got quite bored. For his music player had died, and there was simply nothing to do while he waited. Thus he decided to read something off of the nearby coffee table. The first item that had caught his eye was a medium sized brochure. In bold letters the brochure read "Gray Garden Academy."
Slowly Will read through the brochure while he waited, having decided it might be a good read. After all, it was better than doing nothing. With slight joy he finished looking over the brochure, which he had found rather interesting. "Wonder what Mum and Dad will think about this." He had said, as he folded the brochure.
