[Argent Valentine]

Argent was fascinated. These ruins so long forgotten were still standing before him. It was kind of ridiculous how the island seemed to have everything in terms of geography. Argent was curious as to what used to live here. He knew what lived here now of course, but with no knowledge in history, Argent was stumped. The boy very much wanted a new friend on his team, but wanted one that was just right for his companions. Argent felt good about the fact he already had four Pokemon on his team, but the boy longed for more. With his inquisitive left eye sparkling in wonder, Argent proceeded into the ruins.

Pokemon on hand: Growlithe, Feebas, Meowth, Pichu

Pokemon desired (in order): Murkrow, Noibat, Drifloon

It wasn't long before Argent noticed a Drifloon floating by one of the ruins. Argent was overjoyed to see a Pokemon he actually desired. Since it was part flying type, it only made sense to send out his Pichu. "Jerry! Come on out and use Thunder Shock!" The electric mouse appeared from his pokeball and sent out electricity towards the purple balloon. The Drifloon yelped and threw a Shadow Ball at the Pichu. The Pichu was propelled backwards and rolled a bit. "C'mon Jerry! One more time! Use Thunder Shock!" Once more, Jerry sent out a jolt of electricity towards the Drifloon. The super effective move luckily made the Drifloon drift down towards the ground and faint. "Great job, Jerry!" The Pichu made a little thumbs up and winked at Argent in agreement. Suddenly the Jerry winced in pain as seemed he was being hurt by some invisible force. The red haired boy realized the Drifloon must have had the Aftermath ability. He picked up the little mouse and began to comfort it. With one free arm, Argent tossed an Academy ball towards the Drifloon. The pokeball absorbed the Pokemon and leaned to and fro. Argent wondered if it was to be successful.
