Adriel once again found herself wandering through the forest near her dorm. Only this time, she wasn't going to let herself get sidetracked by chatting with a cute girl. Not that she didn't enjoy meeting and talking with Astrid (quite the opposite, in fact), but she actually had a purpose for coming out here this time. Partly, she just wanted to train a some of her Pokemon, but, of course, catching other Pokemon never hurts either. And, since it was really close to her dorm and she didn't really feel like going out that far, this seemed like a good place to start looking around for something to catch.
Thus, here she was, wandering through the forest while keeping an eye out for something to catch. She didn't have anything in particular in mind, other than that she wanted to expand her team's horizons by finding a Pokemon with a Type she hasn't trained yet. Bug or Fairy, perhaps. Either way, her search continued, until her eye caught something that looked worth capturing. Hopefully, this wouldn't take too long.

Adriel blinked as she saw the bizarre-looking Pokemon waddle around the area, looking it up on her Pokedex curiously.
"Lotad; the Water Weed Pokemon. Though it primarily lives in water, it will occasionally come onto land in search of clean water. They also use the large leaf on its back as a ferry for Pokemon who cannot swim."
Looking over the rest of the info that the small machine had on the creature, she contemplated to herself "...huh...Water and Grass, eh? Sounds like a pretty interesting combination...but...naaah." Deciding against catching it, she continued on, looking to see if she could find something that looked a little less derpy.

Oh hey. A Pokemon she recognized from back at home. Looking at the Petilil, Adriel smiled a bit. It wasn't quite what she had in mind when she came out to to find a Pokemon. After all, she already had a Grass-type Pokemon on her team, and she was keeping an eye out for Bug or Fairy-type Pokemon. Yet, seeing the small creature made her feel a little nostalgic, so she decided to go ahead to try and capture it. As for what she was going to use...well, the most logical choice would be either her Magby or Doduo. Both of them were good matches against a Grass-type like this Petilil.
However, she could feel that her Golett was close to evolving...and she kinda wanted a Golurk. She figured if the Ground/Ghost-type hit her hard enough, then it might be able to beat her without having to worry about its Type disadvantage. Thus, with her plan set into motion she nodded, sending out her Golett. She felt bad about sucker punching the creature like this, but she didn't have much choice if she wanted this to go as smoothly as possible. Thus, once her Golett appeared, she immediately gave him a command. "Titan! Attack that Petilil with with a Fire Punch, now!"
The Golett nodded, clenching his fist as it became wreathed in flames. With all of its might, the creature leaped toward the Grass-type and slammed its fist into the creature. It did quite a bit of damage, though, much to Adriel's surprise, the Petilil was still standing. Fearing the worst, she braced herself for her counterattack...only for it to unleash a cloud of sleep-inducing pollen at the Golett. It was visibly affecting the creature, but, thankfully, it managed to fight them off and stay away. Grinning at her luck, Adriel called out once again "Great job! Now use another Fire Punch!"
The Golett nodded and charged forward with yet another flaming fist. Striking the Petilil yet again, she collapsed after the attack, the damage being more than she could handle. With a nod, Adriel wasted no time in tossing an empty Academy Ball at the fallen Grass-type, watching as the ball hit the creature and sucked it in. From there, it was just a matter of waiting...
Summary - Titan used Fire Punch! It's super-effective! - Wild Petilil used Sleep Powder...it failed. - Titan used Fire Punch! It's super-effective! - Wild Petilil fainted! - Akira used an Academy Ball
