Annie had a very specific idea of what she wanted from mining, but she was fully aware that she would have to work hard for it.
With her newly purchased mining kit in hand and her Sneasel by her side, she entered the cave. "Don't go anywhere, Senka," she warned the shadowy Pokémon pointlessly. Senka would do what she felt like, and if she disappeared into the shadows then Annie wouldn't see her again until she decided to reappear.
Shaking her head at her own silliness, she opened her kit and began to dig in the wall, whistling an optimistic tune and sincerely hoping to find a Sail Fossil.
