Personality:
Chloe the exact opposite of shy. She is pompous and loud, using her figure to her advantage all of the time. She is very girly and always talks about what type of clothes she will wear and what she thinks of many different boys and girls. She is very direct if she thinks someone is attractive and will smooth talk them as best she can. She knows her way around many different types of clothes and can be seen as inappropriate at times. Despite this, she is very normal in conversation. She can be ladylike if she wishes but most of the time she just tries to act normal. She will listen to authority most of the time but sometimes rebels.
Likes:
Swimming- She absolutely loves to swim and finds it extremely relaxing. She will almost always be found in water when she has a rough day
Clothes- She absolutely loves trying on different outfits when she is not at school. Most of them are extremely girly and tend to gravitate towards the colors light blue, white and pink.
Art- She loves drawing and painting all different kinds of art. She will often sit down with a brush and canvas whenever she feels she needs to let something out. Despite her talent, she doesnt know much about it and only uses it for expression
Friends- Growing up in the mansion of her father, she didnt have any friends, so now she cherishes them like crazy. She will always be trying to help them because she has a constant fear of losing or angering them.
Dislikes:
Fire- Due to her past experiences, she has a large fear of fire. This includes fire type pokemon and that is also part of the reason she chose a water type as her starter.
The Dark- While she has no problem with dark type pokemon, she has a fear of spending too long in the dark with nothing but herself.
Messes- She does not like anything that is not clean and organized, so she will constantly be cleaning when she is with a slob.
Bullies and Meanies- She hates anyone who is mean to another, especially herself. No matter who it is being made fun of, she will instantly retaliate, not working alot of the time.
History:
Chloe was born to the CEO of the extremely wealthy company. This company is one of the largest in Kalos and is centered in Lumiose City. She was the precious daughter of her single dad, who would barely let her out of the house. This was further cemented on her fourth birthday. Her father held a party near the prism tower and invited the children of many rich families and their kids. Chloe noticed that all of the children there already had pokemon. They were very young pokemon, like the kids, and Chloe got jealous. She became even more upset when she went to eat her birthday cake. One boy brought his Houndoor and it was sitting at the table on his lap. When Chloe reached her hand out for the cake, the Houndoor wanted it and burned her hand with an ember attack. While the attack was very small, causing little damage and the pokemon was reprimanded right after it, it still was enough to get Chloe a lifetime fear of fire type pokemon, and cause her to cry and hide at her birthday party.
Once she did she thought more about battling. She decided that was what she wanted to do with her life and frantically searched for something to take on in a pokemon battle. he didnt have a pokemon yet, but really wanted anyone. She spent the next couple years "battling" pillows before she was finally approached by her father on her fifteenth birthday. She was told she would start at a prestegious pokemon academy in a few monthes. She was overjoyed when she finally gained the possibility to learn more about battling.
