Sy, Hocus and Eon walked in to the Commons. Well Hocus kinda floated in, being an Abra he could use his powers even when was a sleep. And Abras slept nearly eighteen hours a day. If they didn't they wouldn't be able to use their power to the fullest. Symon could tell that Hocus was dreaming about something, he could feel his happiness from the dream. He couldn't feel anything from Eon. Sy had a special connection with Psychic Pokémon and most people found it creepy and not true. But Symon loved the ability, he embraced it by wanting to surround himself with as many psychic types as possible. Though right now he was going to try and relax in the Commons playing his video game.
He saw an area that had a couch and two chairs with a table. There was nobody there so the trio made their way over by this time Hocus had woken up and walked over with them. Sy sat on the couch with his back against the arm and his feet stretched out on the couch. Eon hopped up and laid down at Sy's feet and watched at the people walked by. His Abra sat in front on the floor and feel back asleep. He pulled his game out and resumed playing it, blocking out everything around him. He was in his own little world and he loved it that way. He every now and then checked on his pokemon, and pushed his glasses up.

The Commons seemed like a good place to let some of her Pokemon relax. Namely, Lucius and Noel seemed to get along well since the ghost tree was kind enough to let the Swinub make him his home once in a while. She brought a book from her room in case that she would have to read while the two find something to do. When she reached where the rest area was, there was someone already sitting there with an Abra and an Eevee. This boy was apparently playing his video game and it wouldn't be right to disturb him. So, she sat down at an empty chair and picked up the Swinub after which he settled comfortably on her lap while she began reading and the Trevenant stood guard as to make sure that no one dares harm his trainer. The ghost tree seemed to be playing the role of bodyguard since he was strong enough to protect his trainer. Maybe appointing him as a protector might not be a bad idea after all.

Sy sat there on the couch playing his game. Eon sat at the end of the couch watching the people and their Pokémon walking around moving to and from their destination. Hocus sat on the floor still sleep, Sy couldn't wait till he evolved into a Kadabra but he wasn't that impatient. After a while Hocus woke up, started to look around. Even being in his own little worldhe still felt the thought of Hocus thinking about the girl that just sat down in the chair near them. "No Hocus, no one world come sit by me. Im a freak, didn't I explain this to you already." Symon said to his Abra not taking his eyes off his game. Moments later Eon nudged his foot and when that didnt get his attention he bounded don't his chest. He made it so he couldn't see the screen. Sitting up moving the game away "Eon, what is..." He started to say when he saw a girl sitting in the chair with two pokemon he had never seen before. "I guess I owe you an apology Hocus." Sy stated to his Abra. "No, its good for you to be out of your Pokeball. Fresh air is good for you." He argued with Hocus. Eon just shook his head and went to lay down again.
Hocus gave a little huff then tried to go to sleep again. He was a little annoyed with his trainer but he'll get over it. Sy just hoped that he girl that seemed to he from Mana as well didn't try talking to him. It wasn't that he hated to talk to people but he just like his privacy. But he had a feeling she was, that's the price he had to pay coming to a crowded area.

She heard the boy talk, though he was only talking to his Abra and his Eevee about her presence in the room. She had a feeling that the dark-haired boy did not like talking to other people, so she continued to read her book while occasionally stroking Noel's fur. The brown pig had such soft silky fur and he would evolve into a huge Mamoswine one day. And Noel would probably have to be outside when the school could house such a giant mammoth. Lucius looked over at where his trainer was reading her book and glanced at the boy and his two Pokemon. They definitely did not pose a threat, but he would have to keep an eye on them for now. She turned to the living tree and spoke. "Say, Lucius. I think you might need a ghost story to calm you down. Want me to read you one?" The ghostly tree nodded with agreement and listened closely as she read quietly to him.

Now that he knew someone was there he couldn't focus on his game. Hr glanced down at Hocus, who was once again fast asleep. Then Eon at the other end of the couch was listening to the story that the girl was telling her tree. He raised an eyebrow but went back to his game. He wanted to be left in private but he just couldn't get any around here. Getting frustrated he closed his game and politely spoke. "Can I help you with something?" He said, usuallyonly talking to his Pokémon. He just didn't trust people, they judge too much and didn't want to started the bad cycleof having no friends again. Though to have friends he would have to interact with people, as takes before he hated talking to people.
This would be the first person he had spoken to at the academy, well that wasn't a staff member or employee. He was going to give it a shot, maybe she had a ability like him. She was in the same dorm after all and most of the time something themed attracted the same type of people.

Hmm? The boy seemed to be speaking in her direction. "Well, no. I'm mostly having some quiet time myself. Seems like your Eevee really likes to listen to that story." And with that, she continued reading to the Trevenant and thought that her Metang would like to listen to the story as well. With a click, the Metang was released outside and glanced at the living tree and then to the brown pig. Kronos seemed to be new to the atmosphere, but it did not mind. It actually liked to be read ghost stories as well, so it silently listened and the Swinub dozed off to the sound of his trainer's voice. Maybe sometime soon, she might enter Kronos in a contest since he was only one stage away from becoming a Metagross. And that would be a good Pokemon to show off some appeals with the audience.

Sy riased an eyebrow then pushed his glasses up. She was wanting some quiet time maybe she shouldn't read the book out loud. Symon didn't mind that she did that but the logic was quiet, meant that it was quiet. He also didn't kind his Eevee listening to her read but he did mind the big rock he brought out soon after she spoke to him. He felt the connection right away to the big blue metal pokemon. It seemed like the pokemon was fairly new to her team and that it was still trying to get used its new surrounding. "You just caught the pokemon you just called out. He is confused about his surroundings but he is fond of you and wants to please you. Also he likes the name Kronos." Symon said without looking up from his game. He enjoyed freaking people out with his gift but sometimes it backfires and they get too freaked out and run away. He hopped it would be different since she was in Mana Dorm as well.

As she continued reading her book, the blue robot couldn't help but notice how the boy was describing its thoughts. It was like he was reading his mind and it was certainly rare to see a person read a Pokemon's thoughts. She spoke without making eye contact with the boy since that would've made him uncomfortable. "That's nice to know that he likes me. I can kind of sense that he does like being around me too." The Eevee seemed to be listening to her read the ghost story quietly and it was kind of cute. She did have an Eevee of her own, but he wasn't out today. He would need a rest now and then since that last battle. The ghostly tree loved ghost stories as he listened intently to every detail that she read. Though he was bit puzzled at the mention of Lavender Town, but he thought that it was interesting anyway.

After awhile Sy couldn't hide the fact he too started to listen to the story the girl was telling to her pokemon. The mention of Lavender Town cuaght his attention, he grew up not too fat from there in Saffron City. He would take trips there with his dad to see his cousins. That was before his mother passed away, he pushed the memory back into the depths of his mind. He saved his game and looked up listening to the story. He saw the tree looking pokemon have a puzzled look about the town. He couldn't read the thoughts of ghosts but he could of Psychic types. He was trying to not be too obvious that he was listening because he really didn't want to actually interact too much with anyone but he knew that she was going to stat questioning him soon about stuff. Sy didn't like sharing his personal thinks with people. His name was fine but when people tried to get to know him is when he starts to question their motives. He never knows if their trying to find thinks to make fun of him about or really trying to be his friend.

So, the boy was not willing to talk even though they were in the same dorm. She did feel some unease from the way he was feeling towards her as if he had thought that she was going to make fun of him. She continued reading to the Trevenant as the living tree listened to some details of the appearance of Marowak's ghost in the Pokemon Tower. Certainly a lovely ghost story indeed, but she did want to tell about her home to the living tree as well once she finished with that story. The Swinub dozed off, not really fazed by any of the background noises from the boy's video game. He might've been a sound sleeper from the looks of it and the Metang just floated while occasionally glancing over at the sleeping Abra. She stopped to take a break and turned to the Trevenant. "You know, I'd like to take you to Ecruteak City. I bet you'll like it there, right?" The living tree smiled at her in agreement and he looked adorable when he smiles. Maybe he wasn't trying to be scary at all.

Sitting there pretending he wasn't listening on what was going on. He over her saying another town, this one he never heard of. He never been out of Kanto until he came to the Academy. So he didn't know much about the other regions. He mainly new about the Psychic pokemon and what region they came from. Sy didn't pay much attention to towns, cities or anything such as that when he was looking up stuff about Psychic types. "That sounds like a nice town" Sy said before he realized what he was doing. He had broken his bubble, he knew that there was no turning back now. Had to just buckle up and to along with the ride now. Sy had a feeling that she was going to ask him questions about himself. He was going to answer the ones he felt comfortable answering.

And the boy spoke up without even looking up to see her. She spoke back with no intention of looking at the boy just yet. "Oh really. What town are you from?" Well, that was embarrassing for the other boy to actually overhear her talking about her home to the living tree. It was inevitable though, but at the same time, the boy was pretty agitated that he had tried to keep his mind reading a secret or he didn't want to talk to strangers. There was no turning back though and soon, she had to be quite curious to find out more about the mysterious boy. Meanwhile, the Swinub woke up from his nap and started to sniff the air. It was certain that he found his trainer's voice to be comforting to his ears and also the Metang was comfortable with trying to communicate telepathically with the Abra.

Sy sat there, he was unsure of how to respond to that. He knew whatbto say but he didn't really be any to tell her because he had been teased about it before but she was in the same dorm. He hoped that this was it going to come back and bite him in the ass later. "Saffron City" Symon said nervously, he than sat there waiting for the mocking and reticule to start. He was getting stuff from Hocus telling him to calm down and that Kronos said she was a good person. She wasn't like other people. Sy sat watching the brown pig thing on her lap wake up. The thing was sure weird looking but was kind of cute in its own way.

And oh great. The boy was now nervous, but he did answer the question. It seemed that this boy lived in Saffron City. Yep, that city had a psychic gym and the Silph Comapny. It was probably where there was a certain psychic gym leader that had the fully evolved form of Abra and a bunch of other Pokemon. That's a really nice city. I heard that there was a psychic gym there and supposedly, that gym leader was quite strong." Maybe the boy could read her Ralts' mind as well, but the psychic fairy wasn't out at the moment. And besides, it was rather fun to see how Kronos had thought of her. And she could see how the living tree was becoming fond of her too, almost as if he was trying to be a second father figure or something. And the brown pig seemed to be comfortable on her lap as he turned his head to the scent of an Eevee inside the room.

Sy nodded in agreement about the Psychic gym in his home town. He had been in it once but he didn't get to meet the gym leader. They werent there and he would have to go back when he had pokemon to battle with. Though he had two pokemon now he wasn't anywhere near the Saffron City Gym to challenge the Gym. Symon looked at the girl and then to her three Pokémon. She had three different types, he wanted to surround himself with as many Psychic types as he could. He found them comforting, and it had to do with the Metang there that made him somewhat comfortable around this girl. "My names Symon. I guess you should know my name since we are in the same dorm" The boy said with a somewhat monotone voice.
