Nia wobbled along like usual. She had gotten used to the islanders staring at her, and some had even recoiled physically when she looked back at them. Heheheh, she should do that more often. It always earned some hilarious reactions. She knew that it was simple common sense to think that she might get insulted if people looked at her or asked her about her hands.
But not using common sense was surprisingly fun once in a while.
Of course it was night time too. Why would she go to the party pier if it wasn't? There was nothing fun there when it wasn't night time. So here she was, closing her eyes and hazedly wobbling around, using her ears to head for the source of all the music and commotion.

Robin had an excess of curiosity about this island, which was how he had ended up here.
He didn't remember a "Party Pier" anywhere in Castelia City, where he had lived for the past year and a half, although he would have expected one there if such a thing existed anywhere in the world. (It wasn't like Castelia had any shortage of piers for different purposes, after all.) But, no, it seemed that the strange thing existed here instead, and there was, in fact, a party on it. And, out of curiosity, he had come to check it out.
Ahead of him, he saw a uniformed girl with short red hair walking, slowly and unsteadily, in the same direction. It looked like she might have pulled her arms into the wrong part of her shirt--or perhaps they simply weren't there, given the strange way her sleeves were tied off. Robin decided not to overthink about it, until he had drawn level with her and glanced in her direction out of a curious reflex. At that point, he realized that her eyes were closed. No wonder she didn't seem to have the best of balance. And she was headed right towards the pier. Robin couldn't help but think of the ways in which that could not possibly end well.
"Uh, 'scuze me, miss, are you all right?" he asked bluntly.

She opened her eyes for once as she heard someone behind her seemingly addressing her considering there didn't seem to be any other people around at the moment. She tilted her head at the boy for a moment before nonchalantly nodding. "Uh. Yeah, I'm fine." With that she turned around once more before continuing her drunken like walk towards the pier.
Maybe she was in a way rude or ignorant for not addressing the boy in any other way, but she had other things to keep in her mind. Like closing her eyes once more and returning to her slow crawl like speed of wobbling and spinning around 'till she would reach the party pier. It seemed like a sorta crazy and really slow dance routine of a kind. Hah, the armless swan dance.

Robin found himself torn. On one hand, the girl had said she was fine, so it would probably be rude to push any further. But on the other, her manner didn't exactly inspire him to confidence in her judgment of things like that. In his experience, people who really were fine typically didn't look so close to falling over.
He opted for a peculiar sort of middle ground. "If you're sure, then. I just wanted to make sure you knew you were headed right for the water, so you don't end up taking a swim unless you actually want one."

She opened her eyes in a blink, staring down as she indeed noticing that she was dangerously close to the edge of the pier, almost having fallen down if it was not for the boy. She simply shrugged once. "Uh, thanks. I guess." With that she took a few steps back before returning to wobbling about, this time with her eyes open.
The music from the party pier was getting closer and closer to her ears. She could almost feel the dancing already, she could almost see the lights... She could not wait for some sweet release in the form of relaxing with loud music. That sounded kinda wrong.-
