This is simply a quick run-down of how Missions will work. They will be posted in separate threads, and, unless specified otherwise, will usually be open students only.
1) Missions will come in three difficulty levels; Easy, Medium, and Hard. These difficulties are determined based on how hard the mission is. Harder missions also have better rewards, but they will generally have requirements preventing brand new students from simply jumping into Hard missions. This is not only for the safety of those students, but to make it fair for those who can actually take these missions.
2) Missions are first-come-first-served. The first few people to post in the thread will be the ones who get the mission. Generally missions will allow 2-3 people each unless otherwise stated.
3) Unless stated otherwise, missions will only be open to the students.
4) In addition to the rule above, each member is only allowed to take one mission at a time. However, you are allowed to take a Mission even if the character you're using is in the middle of a capture thread, and vice versa. Just make sure the two don't end up contradicting each other.
5) Only the characters who took the mission and the mod taking care of said mission may post in a Mission Thread. Other than that, no one else may post in it. Furthermore, each entrant in the mission needs to list their whole team in their first post.
6) Starting from your last post, people in a mission will have three days to post. If they don't post, then the mission will be considered a failure and re-opened...regardless of your circumstances. If the mission has more then one person going on it, inactive participants will simply be dropped from it, and the difficulty will be adjusted accordingly. If you end up dropped from a mission, you must wait three days before re-applying for it. If, by then, it's still open...then by all means. Feel free to take it a second time.
7) You are limited to capturing one Pokemon per mission aside from any mission goals that may require you to catch one. However, you may allow up to all six of your Pokemon receive an exp point from battling in this mission, assuming they participate in battle at some point.
8) Simply make a post under the mission stating you wish to take it. After you have been approved by staff, simply start the mission thread at the correct place and then link that back to its mission board post. You may only post once for each round in the mission.
9) Once you complete a mission, there's a countdown before you can jump into another mission. For the character used, you must wait seven days. Should you have an alternate character, you only need to wait three days before using the alt.
