The sight of the Berry Orchard was breathtaking as Tanya made her way around the area. She didn't know that this many type of berries existed, let alone all live in the same place. She spent her time at first walking around the area, taking in all the sights and generally enjoying herself as she watched all the berry trees sway slightly due to the wind.
However, Tanya did come here for a reason. While she didn't 100% know the certain properties of the berries, she decided to pick up a few of them. She read that pokemon were able to eat them battle for beneficial effects, which she knew could prove useful in a pinch. She hummed to herself as she picked each berry, not paying too close attention to the berries that she was picking. She could find out their effects later.

Tanya once again headed to the Berry Orchard, ready to pick up a new harvest of berries. She knew that berries could be used in battles, so she thought that if she came here consistently, she'd be able to pick up a good range of berries to use for possible future strategies.
She still wasn't sure what specific berries did, so she went about doing the same thing she did last time, randomly picking up berries without really paying attention to what they were. If she picked up a good haul, there might be something even she was able to use. Then she could do research and come up with even more strategies. That was the plan anyways.

Tanya let out a sigh as she walked into the Berry Orchard once again. Maybe she was overthinking this thing about love. She seemed to be in a bad mood, especially after having to deal with that Duskull. She didn't even realize that pokemon could speak, let along say hurtful things to other people.
Picking off berries again, Tanya tried to think of other things, get herself out of her funk. She hated being miserable. It just wasn't her. Yet the thoughts were being persistent and she bit her lip as she went about her business. Hopefully, she could do something to ease her worries. Right now though, she just was not in a good state.

Back to the Berry Orchard she went, wondering what Berries she was going to get today. It was about this time that she realized that what berries she was going to get were completely random. She didn't know why, nor did she mind too much. Maybe it was because different berries grew at different times or people kept on taking other berries. Whatever it was though, she just wanted to get her fill.
Moving about on the orchard, she started picking up berry after berry. Since she didn't need to look out for specific ones, it made the process a bit better. She didn't have to think so hard about whether one berry was better than another. All she needed to worry about was what the bounty would bring in.

Headed towards the Orchard again, Tanya was interested to see what berries were ready to be harvested this time around. She was glad she didn't have to pay too much attention to which berries were blooming. It allowed her to properly take in the view and appreciate just how beautiful the area was. While it was tempting to hang around here for a longer period of time, she knew others probably wanted to pick some berries as well.
That's why she was quick about it, not wanting to waste too much time. For a moment, she considered if she should wait for Amanda here, but then decided against it. There was no guarantee when she was coming and she didn't want to wait for nothing. Instead, she elected to move quickly, hoping to possibly catch her when she least expected it.

Time for berry picking! Having spent some time looking at the effects of berries and realizing what moves some of her pokemon had, she had a few more berries that she wanted to find as she headed towards the Berry Orchard. She wasn't sure if these were legitimate strategies at all. What they were though were pretty fun to try out, so Tanya had only a few qualms in investing in oddball strategies at times.
Going about and picking the berries, she thought how they could be used to fight opponents. While there could be a possibility of her winning through such methods, she wasn't sure if it was something consistent. At the same time though, it was looking into ways she could use her pokemon in a fun way. Was this really something worth doing? Then again, maybe she should wait to put her theories to practice before thinking up questions like this.

Off to get berries once more and Tanya was pretty content. Things could've been much worse and as more time past, it seemed like the Marvo City attack was a mere memory. While she hadn't had the opportunity to finetune and train with some of her less-used pokemon, she still was able to use some of her second stage pokemon in missions and whatnot.
As she went about pruning the trees that still had life for berries, she considered which pokemon she should focus on. She had three pokemon that had never evolved, but she wasn't sure how ready any of them were for fighting. She had quite a lot of stage two pokemon as well and some fully evolved pokemon still needed to fine-tune their movesets. In any case, one thing that was clear to her was that she needed to put more thought into these things.

The berries were ready to be plucked again, Tanya mused, as she headed towards the Orchard. Did people go here for other reasons than the berries? True, berries were a pretty invaluable, but the place was really pretty and it was a bit of a shame that people didn't use it for other things. Maybe people didn't go because they risked contaminating the berries or something.
Off she went picking. The island was so big and there were so many places to go. That may be why people didn't hang out around here. Maybe it was better leaving the plants alone, watching them grow up into berries from which she could cultivate the goods.
