Rebecca arrived at the ruins with high hopes of finding a good strong Pokémon to add to her team. This would also be good training for Sparky, her Shinx. She walked along the ruins grounds with a little bit of pep and a skip in her step because her father had always told her to never lose sight of happiness. She took out Sparky's Pokeball and tossed it in the air with a laugh  as Sparky came out and was filled with ambition.

Rebecca sat down on a rock and watched as Sparky would sit down in front of her with a smile. She giggled cutely then covered her mouth to regain her strength "Now Sparky when you get into a battle today I want you to be calm and fierce ok?" she asked as Sparky nodded with excitement. She chuckled under her breath at the sight. Sparky and her had been an awesome pair so far and they have gotten closer together. Seeing as Rebecca was now away from home she had started to slack off on the training but she was determined to get it back up.

(Preferable Spawn would be a Honedge.... anything would do really...)

Rebecca was still sitting down admiring her Shinx as in the corner of her eye she saw a Ralts walking by. She stared at it for a few seconds and questioned to herself whether or not she should try to catch it. Sparky saw her looking at it and turned around ready to attack until Rebecca shook her head sadly "Stand down Sparky..." she said with a smile as she motioned for her Shinx to follow her deeper into the Ruins.

Rebecca was looking for something specific but if she couldn't find it she would be fine with the next best thing. As she walked the small pitter patter of Sparky's feet could be heard trotting on behind her. It made her smile a bit and feel safer that there was someone that would watch her back in a fight.

Rebecca walked and walked, not finding any Pokemon of any sort for a few hours. Sparky started to become a little antsy at the fact that she wanted to battle. Rebecca sighed and kept walking and soon enough she came to a rock were she saw a little Litwick sitting on it. As much as she wanted to battle it and catch it so she could get the day over with she stood down "There is a certain Pokemon I want... This thing is not it..." she muttered as she shook her head and walked off soon to be followed by Sparky.



Rebecca muttered under her breath something about strength as she walked. She was starting to become a bit annoyed at the lack of Pokemon appearing in the area today "Sparky... next Pokemon we run into we fight..." she muttered as Sparky would nod in agreement.

Rebecca turned around when the heard the sound of a Pokemon behind her. It was a Duskull and it was staring at her. She smirked at it and smiled "This should be fun!" she said as she pointed at the Duskull "Sparky your up!" she said as the Shinx jumped to her side with a challenging smile on its face. "Use Thunder Fang!" she called out as her Shinx's teeth burst with Electricity as it sped towards the opposing Duskull. It hit dead on and sent the Duskull back a little. Rebecca smirked "Come on! I want to see your strength!" she yelled as the Duskull seemed to get riled up at the comment. 

The Duskull's eyes glowed red as he made a dark aura around it and rammed into the Shinx easily. She smiled as he Shinx was sent back a bit "Thats the strength I was looking for!" she said as she made her hand into a fist and thrust it into the air in front of her "I think we have more strength than we have showed you though!" she said "Strength is my passion and me and my Shinx will show you!" She said with a gleam in her eyes as she pointed at the Duskull "Sparky use Discharge!" she ordered as her Shinx closed its eyes and let out a bunch of electricity at the Duskull who fell on the ground. 

She smiled as she looked at the Duskull "I want to know something..." she started as she crouched down "Would you like to join me?" she said as she dropped a Pokeball on it. Once the Pokemon entered she just had to wait now.

The Duskull broke free. Pummel it some more, or else it'll run!

The Duskull popped out of the ball and Rebecca smirked "You still want more of my power?" she asked as she slightly laughed and pointed at the Pokemon before her "Sparky use Discharge!" she yelled as the young Shinx smirked determinedly and let out electricity from its body. The electricity traveled fast towards the Duskull and hit it head on. Rebecca got ready for another Pokeball as the Duskull made another move. The Duskulls eyes glowed red again as the dark aura from before appeared around it "Another Pursuit?" she muttered as the Duskull rammed into the Shinx yet again with ease. As soon as that happened Rebecca smirked "Alright you know what to do Sparky in situations like this!" she said with a smirk as the Duskull looked confused. A second later the Duskull cried in pain as in floated backwards from the pair and Rebecca laughed "Thunder Fang can be a real good sometimes." she said smartly as her eyes gleamed. 

She placed the Pokeball in her backpack and smiled "I would try again with the capture but I want to play some more." she said with a smile as she pointed towards the Duskull "Alright Sparky use Spark on the Duskull!" she said as the Shinx smirked again and let out a spark of electricity from it and hit the duskull again with it. 

Rebecca took the pokeball and threw it at the duskull again and hoped that it would be caught with ease this time.
