Meili couldn't react, couldn't say anything in protest. This was her second loss. Did she not have the talent afterall? Was she in over her head when she made that bet? Meili's vision began to blur. Her eyes widened. There can only be one conclusion as to why and it didn't involve dust being kicked in her eye. She didn't even get a chance to make such an excuse.
"Are you ok?" Meili's eyes shot over to Du being placed next to her. "My name is Tanya. Sorry if I went a bit overboard with my actions. I tend to get way into the emotions that I'm feeling. I didn't mean to hurt you if I did." Tanya placed her hand upon her shoulder. Meili's looked up at her opponent. If there was devastation apparently in her face, it has been morphed to anger. Meili slapped away her opponent and then hugged Du to her chest.
"Your pity is the last thing I need." Meili got up and stormed on it. She didn't care if it was undignified at the moment. Quite frankly she needs to get her Pokemon to a healing machine and find a corner where no one can see her...

Tanya was rather taken aback by how Meili reacted. Tanya let out a shocked sound as her hand was slapped away by the girl. Rubbing her hand, Tanya was confused when the girl started getting angry at her and then stormed off. Tanya was tempted to try and run after the girl to clear up any tension there was, but she had a feeling that even if she did do that, her attitude wouldn't improve at all.
"What just happened..." Tanya asked Daniella, the Munna looking just as confused as Tanya. At that moment, the Munna started to glow, Tanya getting out and letting out an eager squeal of excitement. Once again, she watched as her pokemon started glowing to the point where she got blinded by it. When the light settled, Daniella had become larger and more tapir-like, her flower patters disappearing being replaced by a pink head and purple body. Noticing the evolution, Daniella spun happily in the air, slowly drifting left and right in happiness.
"Congrats Daniella." Tanya cheerily said to her pokemon, petting her before looking towards the exit. "We probably should head home." With that, Tanya walked out of the arena and back to whatever she was going to do. When she left the arena, she realized that she never got her opponent's name. Maybe she could find that out another time.
