One of the first things that Adriel was told about upon arriving on the island was that she could get a bi-monthly allowance of 1,000 credits. Neat. She wasn't going to complain about free money. Especially since she already had some ideas of what she wanted to do in terms of teaching moves to her Pokemon and buying them items for use in battle. Of course, this wasn't even taking into account what Pokemon she might obtain in the future. Honestly, there was no telling how her team would turn out, simply because there was no real way to determine what she would encounter. Either way, she approached the counter "Excuse me...my name is Adriel Sorano. This is where I come to collect my allowance, right?..."

Adriel smiled as she walked up to the counter of the Financial Aid Center, ready to receive her second allowance for the month. Good thing, too, since she was running fairly low. She hadn't spent her last one on much, but, in the end, it added up a lot faster than she expected it to. Thus, she was fortunate when the next pay period arrived when it did. Otherwise, making any purchases would be fairly difficult. Either way, she happily approached the counter and spoke to whoever happened to be behind it at the moment "Excuse me. I'm Adriel Sorano, and I'm here to pick up my allowance for the second half of the month."

Oh my. You're suddenly richer.
And you didn't even steal it! Probably.

Ugh. Due to her getting caught up in her training, Adriel suddenly realized she had missed not just one, but two pay periods. over the last month or so. Luckily, she ended up not really needing them, as she didn't spend much money on anything during the time, but she was still annoyed at herself for missing out on them. Well, either way, she was going to get them from now on, so that's all that mattered. She'd just have to be extra careful about not forgetting them, and, hopefully, she won't have any problems in the future. Hopefully.
Either way, she approached the counter and let out a sigh "Hello. I'm Adriel Sorano. Here to collect my allowance for whichever pay period this is."

Welp, she cut it close, but Adriel managed to make it before the current pay period ended. Letting out a sigh of relief as she stepped up to the counter, she paused for a moment in order to catch her breath, as she had more or less ran here the entire way. She was working on learning how to ride her Dodrio, but he was still in the middle of figuring the whole "don't run too fast or Adriel will fall on her ass" part. But, it was going a lot better than it did at first, so yay for improvement. Either way, once she was able to form coherent words, she nodded "Hello. I'm Adriel Sorano, and I'm here for my allowance."
