Hearing a familiar sound, Tanya started to blush and look sheepish as their adviser came to the meeting. It seemed that she had seen her doing her appeal and now she was suffering from embarrassment due to getting compliments from a Top Coordinator. It was so rare to meet another top coordinator like her mother, so to have the opportunity to have one in her presence was one that Tanya didn't want to waste.
It seemed that Amanda came prepared for this meeting, showing off a wonderful appeal with her Lunatone and Kirlia. Clapping loudly after she had finished, Tanya cheered for her fellow founder before coming up with a brilliant idea. Her eyes looked expectantly towards Aurora, shimmering with excitement.
"Miss. Beauregard here is actually a Top Coordinator, meaning that she has won multiple grand festivals. I think it would be awesome if she showed us an appeal. Just to see what an appeal from a Top Coordinator was like. We could even use it to gain inspiration for our own appeals and we could try some appeals afterwards."
While this wasn't really part of the plan she came up with, she decided to go along with the flow. After all, she was here and she seemed to be very happy about helping out the Contest Club. An eager energy seemed to exude out of Tanya as she looked excitedly at Aurora. She really wanted to see her do an appeal. That much was obvious.

Vivienne liked to think of herself as a punctual person, really. She hadn't skipped a class or been tardy yet, even if she was actually pretty new here. She would've been comfortable spending her free time locked up in her room with her laptop while watching videos as she acclimated, but the first step in setting yourself up in an an area was putting yourself out there, right? Make a few friends, do a few good turns, and rack in the favors for later. It was easy.
Of course, this line of thought was the sort of thing the school was supposed to be keeping Vivienne away from. Like she had with the allowance of money, the knowledge of the Contest Club was gleamed by the quiet girl eavesdropping in on others conversations. Bad habits die hard, after all, especially when they proved this useful.
Walking through the door though, the pink haired girl darted her eyes around. She was late, really late judging by the basics of what was going on. Her face began to flush as the option to dart back out the door without making a noise crossed her mind. That would've been easy, doable even, if it weren't for the fact some of the assembled trainers and Pokemon had seen her. That, and the way her own partner, out of her Pokeball, chirped and floated from around the side of her head.
"Flllaaaaaaaaaaa!" The tiny fairy Pokemon cooed happily.
Turncoat. The single word flicked through her mind before Vivienne dropped into a quick bow.
"Um....hello. I'm so sorry to interrupt, I heard about this meeting earlier today and I really like fashion and I've been watching videos of Grand Festivals for years and......" Her face was close to beet red as it occurred to her just how much she was rambling.

Unfortunately for her, it seemed that no one else wanted to do an appeal, not even the adviser. Disappointed, Tanya tried to hide her feelings as another arrival entered the room. She was pretty adorable and her heart seemed to be in the right place for contests. It made her feel really bad about how the contest club meeting was about to finish. "Hey there, my name's Tanya and I'm the president of the Contest Club." Tanya introduced, smiling warmly before looking towards all the other members. "Since I guess no one else is up for doing an appeal today, we'll be finishing off the meeting for today." She almost didn't want to look into the kid who most recently entered's eyes. She did pick a pretty inconvenient time to enter though. "I'll be handing out sheets that contain the rules for the event as well as information about the pokemon contest club such as when it runs and whatnot." Tanya announced, walking to each of the people who came to the meeting and handing them a sheet of paper. She had tried to keep it concise, but the paper still had a lot of words on it. Hopefully they wouldn't throw it away. After finishing with that sheet, Tanya got out another sheet and pen and gave it to the nearest person as she continued to announce to the members. "Also, if you want to join the club, please sign the roster I'm handing around. It's so I know that people are actually coming to the next meeting and it's a good way for me to get to remember all of your names." She hoped she did it correctly. She wasn't really sure about how the meeting went, but she hoped that the meeting went well enough for the others to be satisfied. "The date of the next meeting should be on the sheet. I'll see you guys next time!"((Please sign the roster here if you wanna join the contest club. Just makes things easier plus if I make a new meeting thread, I can wait for people to post in it before moving onto the next rotation.))
