When Forces Collide (Battle/Oleg)

"This is going to be totally awesome!" Tanya declared loudly, addressing Oleg as she started to stretch her body. This was going to be the first time that she was going to be in a 6v6 battle, not including the time she was in Marvo City Business District. While that was fun, she was looking forward to having an non-official official battle. Plus it was Oleg, so she didn't know what pokemon he had.

Once she had finished stretching, she looked over towards Oleg and smirked. She wondered how her team was going to work as one cohesive unit and this was as good a time as any to test out how well her team would be able to work together. Making sure the pokeballs were around her waist, she addressed Oleg.

"I'll let you pick your pokemon first."

Team: Dani, Daniel, Christian, Daniella, Christina, Gundamu

Oleg chuckled as Tanya decided that the battle was going to be awesome. He stretched for a moment, cracking his back slightly. He had not seen Tanya's team, but he was already rather excited for this. It was his first six on six battle, and by hells bells, he was hell bent on winning it. Or well, not hell bent, but at the very least he would have the chance to battle.

Oleg then nodded. "I usually prefer ladies first, but eh." He then reached for his belt, taking one of the balls and throwing it, releasing... Hoare! The giant nose pokemon spun around for a moment before stopping, his nose pointing directly at the opponent, humming calmly.

Team: Hoare, Walter, Lancel, Wasspinator, Rinnie, Jack.

Tanya shrugged when Oleg mentioned he preferred ladies going first. Tanya felt so ready for this match. Excited to see what Oleg had on offer, she was glad to see that he wasn't going to go easy on her. The Probopass floated in the air, making Tanya consider who she should start off with. Reaching a decision, she picked up a pokeball on held it in her hands.

"Savior of the world, come and prove your destiny! Let's go, Gundamu!" Tanya screamed, jumping into the air as she threw her pokeball sky high. At the apex of the throw, the pokeball opened to reveal Gundamu, the Golurk. Using its jets to stay in the air, it lowered itself down, making sure it hit the ground. From there, it slowly moved into a battle position, its face lacking any emotion.

"Throw the hammer down with Hammer Arm!" Tanya commanded, holding her right hand up into the air in the shape of a fist. Gundamu lost its legs in favor of jets, flying quickly towards the Probopass. Similarly lifting its arm up, Gundamu made an attempt to smash his arm down on the enemy. Behind Gundamu, Tanya made a similar gesture, looking like she was having fun.

Action: Gundamu used Hammer Arm

Oleg watched as the Gundamu was sent out. He HAD heard of tv shows just based on the idea of Golurks being piloted by scantily clad girls. But enough about that, focus on the fighting. Hoare let out a louder hum as he was hammered, practically buried slightly underground with the power of the hit. After a while of humming, Hoare finally dug himself out of the ground and returned to floating, spinning around absently for a while.

"Alright, use earthquake!" Hoare continued his humming for a long while before doing anything, the three smaller "noses" around him suddenly digging themselves onto the ground as the whole arena begun to shake.

Action: Hoare used Earthquake, base power 100 backed by attack of 55.

Tanya grinned confidently when the attack hit, knowing that since it was going for 4x effectiveness, it probably was going to do a lot of damage. Once Gundamu had finished the attack, it flew back to its position and rested itself on the ground, standing like a guard. She had to admit, it filled out her team really well with its powerful attacks. She was super glad that she managed to find it in her searches, even when it nearly knocked out Dani.

Even when attacked by the Earthquake, Gundamu stood strong, barely affected by the attack. Tanya kept her knees bent to make sure she didn't fall over herself. However, Tanya quickly righted herself up, looking over to Oleg and grinning with conviction. With the help of Gundamu, she was getting off to a good start. Hopefully she'd be able to keep it up.

"Gundamu, finish off your foe with a Power Up Punch!" Tanya commanded, clenching her fist and bringing it close to her chest. Once again, Gundamu lost its legs in favor of jets and started to fly towards its opponent, pulling back its fist in preparation for a punch. Once he was close, it thrusted forward and punched the Probopass. Behind it, Tanya made a punching motion as well, looking like she was having way too much fun.

Action: Gundamu attacks with Power Up Punch. +1 attack after the hit and boosted by Iron Fist.

Oleg folded his arms as Gundamu punched Hoare, sending the giant nose flying backwards and slamming against the wall. Oleg then watched as Hoare slowly got up... Only to flop back down. He recalled the giant nose, nodding to the ball as he then drew out another one, throwing it out and releasing Lancel the Bisharp.

Lancel looked around for a moment, nodding to himself as he saw the Gundam, looking to his trainer. "Sucker punch." Lancel nodded once more, suddenly launching himself into the air, speeding like a torpedo towards the gundam as his fist was lit with dark energies, slamming himself against the gundam.

Action: Withdrew Hoare. Used Sucker Punch, base power 100, STAB, Super effective, backed by 125 attack.

When Gundamu knocked out his first opponent, Tanya pumped her fist in happiness. She managed to get the first knockout! Momentum should be in her favor for now. She didn't want to let down her guard though. There was still much she needed to do. After all, the was one of her potential six opponents. The battle was only just getting started.

"I don't think so! Return Gundamu! Go Daniel!" Tanya shouted, quickly getting out two pokeballs and returning Gudamu to its pokeball. In its place, Daniel was released and he was hit hard by the attack, flying backwards in the air. While the attack did hurt, Daniel managed to right himself in the air as he elegantly twisted and landed on to floor. Though he managed to take the hit decently well, he didn't look to be on top shape.

Tanya felt confident, but had to remind herself not to get too cocky. Daniel could quickly fall in this next turn. From there, she would have to choose who would come out next.

Action: Switched Gundamu with Daniel.

Oleg let out a silent curse as Gundamu was called back, watching as the bunny that was called out got hit hard by the sucker punch. He considered his situation for a while before nodding to himself. It should easily faint from another sucker punch, and even so, Lancel should be able to survive anything the normal type could dish out.

He then motioned to Lancel. "Sucker punch again, Lancel!" The soldier pokemon then once more launched himself forwards, torpedoing himself with great speed as his fist glowed with dark energy before slamming hard against the chest of the poor bunny.

Action: Used Sucker Punch, base power 100, STAB, backed by 125 attack.

Tanya didn't like having to sacrifice Daniel like that, but he was the best one to take the attacks. Indeed, Tanya had multiple plans for different scenarios that could occur. If Daniel survived, that would've been great. He could've attacked with Sucker Punch or something similar to that effect. Unfortunately, things didn't seem to go that way and attacked again with Sucker Punch, Daniel was knocked out.

Who to send out now though? There were a lot of potential candidates. She could send out Gundamu, but that was risky. After all, if it missed with Hammer Arm or if it couldn't finish off the Bisharp, he'd basically be dead. Taking that into consideration, she came to a decision.

"Christian! Burn all that stands in your way with Fire Blast!" Tanya shouted, returning Daniel to his pokeball and throwing another one into the air. The pokeball opened and Christian appeared on the ground. Leaning back onto his hind legs, Christian let out a loud neigh as he stamped into the ground and shot out a symbol-shaped fire that flew towards the Bisharp.

Action: Daniel knocked out. Christian sent out and attacks with Fire Blast.

Oleg watched as the bunny was knocked out, smirking to himself. Good, good, balance was achieved. He could now feel confident in his victory once more, and with gusto he did. He then stroked his chin for a moment as he pondered what move he should use before he nodded to himself with mild confidence.

"Alright, Lancel, I know you would enjoy some variation, but use Sucker Punch once more!" Lancel nodded obidiently, seemingly not showing any sign of boredom or annoyance as he once more torpedoed forwards, his fists glimmering with dark energy as he aimed to slam against the Rapidash.

Action: Used Sucker Punch, base power 100, STAB, backed by 125 attack.

Tanya clicked her tongue in annoyance when Christian missed the attack. Well crap, there went that plan. It meant that the advantage was now on the side of Oleg and she winced as she watched the Bisharp smash Christian with a Sucker Punch. Letting out a loud cry, Christian managed to stay upright, but not without taking heavy damage.

"If you have to go down, take the opponent with you. Ride into battle with Flare Blitz!" Tanya exclaimed, chewing her lip in nervous anticipation. She felt the tide of the battle shift, but she wasn't going to let that stop her victory. It was up to her to change the tides and she had the confidence to do it.

Letting out a loud neigh, Christian started to run around the battlefield, eventually gaining speed and coating himself in an aura of fire. Quickly shifting his weight, he ran full force into the Bisharp and tried to smash into him, using all of his force into a single attack. After the attack though, Christian lost his energy and collapsed.

Tanya thought about who she should send in next as she returned Christian to his pokeball. While she was tempted to send in Dani, she didn't know what other pokemon Oleg had. Instead, she was going to put her faith in another one. "Come on out, Daniella!" Tanya cried, throwing her pokeball into the air. Daniella appeared in the air, floating down towards the battlefield, seeming to be at peace with what was going on.

Action: Christian used Flare Blitz and knocked himself out. Daniella the Musharna sent in.

Oleg gritted his teeth as the rapidash clashed against Lancel, forcing the soldier pokemon backwards for a bit, finally pushing away from the rapidash as it collapsed. He then took fighting position before shortly afterwards collapsing to the ground, letting out a silent grunt. Oleg sighed, calling the soldier pokemon back as he smiled at the ball before examining the next opponent. A Musharna. Hmm. He then nodded to himself.

"Alright, Jack, you're up next!" Oleg threw his ball, releasing the Pangoro into a sitting position with closed eyes. He simply sat there for a moment before spitting away the reed in his mouth, rising with a mighty snarl, punching his fists together. "Alright, use crunch!"

Jack simply slowly walked up to the floating ball of pink, staring at it before grabbing it with both of his hands and attempting to crunch some of it between his jaws.

Action: Lancel is out. Jack is sent in. Used Crunch, base power 80, STAB, 2X weakness, backed by 124 attack stat. Rolling for defense lower chance.

She was glad that she managed to take out the Bisharp, but it came at the cost of her Rapidash. Sacrifices had to be made though, that was the simple fact of a pokemon battle. She had hoped that since he already had sent out one dark type user, Oleg didn't have another one lurking around. Unfortunately, when the Pangoro came out, Tanya didn't look too pleased.

The Musharna let out a loud screech as she was crushed in between the teeth of the Pangoro, taking heavy damage to to her weakness. She didn't fall however and while she seemed to be a bit unsteady in the air, Daniella still looked ready to fight. Seeing her pokemon stay in the air like that, Tanya let out a sigh of relief, before turning to face Oleg with a satisfied grin.

"We're not going to despair. Daniella! Shine your radiant light on the battlefield with a Dazzling Gleam!" Tanya called out, smiling somewhat more confidently, considering the situation she was in. Shaking away the pain in her body, Daniella started to fly into the air. Once up there, Daniella started to shine. She shone brighter and brighter until eventually, she let out a booming cry, sending out a brilliant flash towards her opponent. Hopefully things would get better sooner, rather than later.

Action: Daniella used Dazzling Gleam. No Rolls necessary.

Oleg folded his arms as he watched what would happen. Jack seemed to simply do the same, tilting his head as his opponent floated up into the air, shining brighter and brighter before suddenly unleashing a flash of... Some energy, at him causing him to be sent back slightly. Jack slid against the ground for a moment before roaring, pushing against the light and getting trough it, seemingly damaged but now even angrier than he would usually be. "Alright, good to see you still up. Use crunch!"

Jack simply snarled more and more, roaring as he lept into the air, meeting the opponent as he then once more crunched it between his jaws.

Action: Jack is sent in. Used Crunch, base power 80, STAB, 2X weakness, backed by 124 attack stat. Rolling for defense lower chance.

Gritting her teeth, Tanya could only watch as her pokemon got crunched once again by the attack, eventually falling unconscious. She had hoped that the attack would be enough to finish the Pangoro off, but it seemed he clinged on with next to no health. Well that sorta sucked. Returning Daniella to her pokeball, Tanya thought for a second about which pokemon she could use next, before getting out another pokeball.

"Come on out Dani! Attack with Scald!" Tanya called out, throwing out another pokeball as she returned Daniella to her pokeball. A part of her knew that she was slowly backing herself into a corner, but she didn't want to lose hope yet. She wasn't completely out yet, she knew that. She would find a way. Find a way to victory.

When the Dragalge came out, she shot out burning hot water at the Pangoro, hoping to finish it off. At the range he was in, Dani should've been easily able to finish the Pangoro off. She still was annoyed by the fact that Daniella couldn't take down the Pangoro, but she had to calm herself. Hopefully, she could still win.

Action: Daniella is knocked unconscious. Dani is sent out and uses Scald.
