Personality: Argent is a romantic. Longing for the day he meets his one true love. He is a definite go-getter as he will find a person of the male persuasion, whip out a rose (who knows where he gets them?), bend to one knee, and list all of the positive traits of the male in question hoping the affection is requited. If it is not, which happens most often then not, Argent becomes heartbroken and sulks for the rest of the day or at least until another cute boy appears. He can be very melodramatic at times. He tends to talk to people as if he's known them for years which of course can put poor Argy in an off putting light. He only has the best interests for everyone and is rather chivalrous. He's a bit of a people pleaser and never wants to seem like the third wheel or the odd one out. It's hard to tell by his vivaciousness, but Argent is rather lonely and tries a tad too hard to make friends. If someone has the energy to deal with him, Argent would be a wonderful companion. History: Argent was raised in Lavaridge Town. Very adventurous at a young age, he would escape from home and go to Mt. Chimney to explore. It was there that he discovered that the world can be very unkind. As he was wandering one day, he had accidentally fumbled into a Skarmory nest. To avoid gruesome details, Argent lost his right eye to the metal beast. After that day Argent stayed home in fear of another attack. Instead of wandering away from town, he decided to explore it instead. Argent founded a new love for the hot springs and it was there that the young lad also found another new love...boys. Yes, Argent became boy crazy and he wasn't afraid to show it. His mother had a rose bush in their backyard. Argent heard that roses meant love and passion, so he used them as a symbol for his feelings. He would put them delicately onto the doorsteps of the boys he fell for, near their personal items at the springs, or even give it to them on the spot.
Argent's behavior was a bit frowned upon as the men in the town were relating his actions to harassment. Argent was unaware of these predicaments since his mother was getting most of the heat for it all. It was hard enough having to raise Argent by herself because of the father leaving the poor woman before the boy was born, but now she had to deal with the fury of harassed boys. Argent's mother eventually caught an ad in the paper about an academy on an island. It was perfect. Argent would get some education and the male population of Lavaridge could rest easy. She proposed the idea to Argent who was skeptical at first, but it was too late as his mother already enrolled him into the school. She merely enticed him with the idea of finding his true love there, and Argent was ecstatic. Now his adventure begins. The pursuit of Pokemon and cute boys will now ensue.
