Relatively new to the school and all, Vivi hadn't known about the stipend until she eavesdropped it over some conversation between two girls in one of the bathrooms. Hunting down the Financial Aid office with her map had been easy, and she wasn't exactly impressed. Still, she had to wonder just how much the old man was sinking into her education to keep her away from home, where she could "stir up trouble" for his career. In any event, free money was well....free money. Who passed that up? Especially when it's source was her gramps's pockets, just begging to be sucked dry.
The pink-haired girl waited for the boy in line in front of her to leave before approaching; damn, the place was packed, and it was getting close to lunch time to boot.
"Um.....hello?" She asked, the clerk busy typing something on a screen infront of her.
"H-hello? I'm here for the allowance....thing......money?" It was more a question than anything else.

Vivienne had been quicker on the uptake to receive her weekly stipend of money; it was only a little after they'd opened, and the lines were far shorter. She approached the counter and offered a small smile to the man seated behind it. "Hello...could I have my money, please?"
She had plans for the stipend this time. Her recent adventures had sucked out nearly all of her Academy Balls, and she needed to buy more before she went looking for any more Pokemon. One or two Pokemon she was considering grabbing would need a Rod of some sort too most likely, so there was always that to consider.

Vivienne found her way to the financial aid center in search of some spending money. It would be nice to have something to offset the cost of her sweet-bills; buying food for herself and her Swirlix was seriously starting to take it's toll on the girl's wallet. Thankfully, the Academy had a stipend taken right out of her tuition for such issues. The fact it came out of her Grandfathers pockets was just icing on the fat cake to Vivi.
"Hello again," She said to the clerk with a smile, "I was hoping I could get my allowance from my tuition today?"

Vivienne found herself at the financial aid office on a relatively quiet day. She walked up to the clerk with a smile on her face and a tilt to her shoulders as she bounced her head to the side a little.
"Could I have my allowance please?" She asked sweetly. What she didn't mention was that she was running rather low on funds for her Pokemon and their needs; particularly, the massive sweet tooth she possessed and was shared by half of her team. Shopping at bakeries, patisseries, and confectioner's shops as often as she did tended to suck money from the wallet like her Roselia sucked life force from her enemies.
