It had been a day since he was at the beach looking for a Pokemon and he was back again. Benji was quite determined to find something to catch this time, and knew either way he would leave today with a new Pokemon. He patted his bag that hung at his side, his new Bagon Egg was comfortably stored inside. He'd have to be careful not to trip or something...that would be bad. Patting it one more time he smiled and headed towards the beach. The first time he had traveled along the shore, and stepped or kicked something he'd rather not do that again. This time he headed over to a more grassy area, still near the water but hopefully not having something he would step on. He also kept his boots on this time, his foot still was sore from kicking that Corsola...that hurt. When he stepped into the grassy area he was welcomed with a cool breeze of sea air. Breathing in deeply he smiled and looked around for hopefully something really interesting.

He wasn't even a few feet into the grassy area when he ran into what looked like a blue rock or something laying in the grass. With raised eyebrows he grabbed a stick, slowly moving forward to poke it. To his surprise the thing was squishy...and it moved. He poked it again and this time the thing jumped up in surprise. It was a Poliwag! Benji's eyes lit up with excitement. He had always wanted one of these and he had the luck to just literally run into one right as he came out. "You're mine little one," Benji said as the disoriented Poliwag just stared at him, seeming to have been sleeping. He quickly released his Pichu and didn't waste any time.

"Use Thundershock!" Finn seemed happy to be out and battling and let out a happy Chuuuuu, as he did what he was commanded and sent out the attack. It hit the water-type hard, doing super effective damage. It still managed to stay up and sent out a Water Gun attack. Which pretty much gave Pichu a nice bath. Finn chuckled silently as he shook off the water. "Use a Sweet Kiss." Finn looked up at Benji curious but shrugged and ran over to the Poliwag, quickly kissing it on its head. The Poliwag looked shocked and quickly became confused.

Trying to shake the confusion away it seemed to be trying to use a Hydro Pump. Yet the attack barely made itself out before returning and hurting the Poliwag instead. "This is pitiful..." Benji said as he glanced at Finn. "Use another Thundershock." Finn did what he was told, sending out another wave of electricity. It hit it's mark with a loud zap and the water-type fell to the ground. It looked like a blue heap on the ground just as it had when he had found it. With a grin he grabbed a Pokeball off his belt and threw it at the downed Poliwag.

"Hell yeah!" Benji yelled as the final click of the Pokeball signaled that he had caught it. Running over he scooped it up into his hand with a huge grin on his face. "Great job Finn!" He said as he ran over and scooped up the Pichu in his other arm. The small Pokemon let out a happy chuuuu as he climbed up onto Benji's shoulder. Still beaming after catching the Pokemon he slung his bag back over his shoulder after putting away his newly caught Poliwag. "Let's get outta here!" The Mana dormer said in a light tone, turning on his feet and heading back to the dorm with an equally happy Pichu smiling on his shoulder.
