Adventures in the Field of Flowers (Mod)

Tanya lamented not coming here sooner. It really was a beautiful place and one she probably should've taken more advantage of. The flowers danced in the wind as Tanya walked through them, feeling a sense of contentment and relaxation. If there was a way to keep pokemon away, it could be a really nice place to hang out with her friends.

For the moment though, Tanya had another agenda, finding new pokemon and training Natalia. She wasn't 100% sure what she was expecting here, but she hoped to find some interesting pokemon while she was here. Keeping her eyes about her, Tanya took a look around and made her best attempt to not miss anything.

Walking along the forest path, Tanya's eyes came across a sight of a pretty pink pokemon. Getting out her pokedex, she found out that said pokemon was an Audino. For a moment, she considered catching the pokemon. It was a pretty nice pokemon to have after all plus it could be fun trying to find a way to make him work. On the other hand though, Tanya looked towards Natalia's pokeball and realized she might not be able to win against the pokemon.

"We'll come back for you some other time." Tanya said quietly, sneaking past the pokemon and trying to find something she really wanted or something that was easier to catch. A part of her wanted the pokemon on the team, she just wasn't sure if he would be able to caught easily.

Action: Tanya Passes!

Walking through the field a little more, her eyes fell upon a pokemon that she had seen before. Purrloin. It seemed like the pokemon hadn't noticed her yet, which was a good thing. Personally, she didn't really want a Purrloin on her team. It wasn't that the pokemon was bad or anything, she just didn't feel like it meshed with her team plan to well. Plus Seria had the pokemon as well so she didn't really want to plagiarize her ideas.

Making sure to stay quiet, Tanya sneaked by the Purrloin, hoping not to catch its attention. Once she was a safe distance away however, Tanya bolted. There was still a chance for her to find something good. She was wondering whether she should've just taken the Audino when she had the chance. Tanya shrugged however, she had to be optimistic. That's why she continued onwards, hoping to find something good.

Action: Tanya passes.

Knowing that she had to go back soon, Tanya's eyes caught sight of a Munchlax. He seemed to be minding his own business, oblivious to the trainer that was now looking at him. While she knew that Amanda had a Snorlax, Tanya was tempted to go for it. After all, Snorlax was a defensive wall and having a pokemon like that on her team could be a lot of fun.

"Natalia! Start off with Swords Dance!" Tanya commanded as she released her Oshawott. As soon as she came out, Natalia started doing an odd little dance, raising her attack stat rapidly. The Munchlax, looking a little confused about what was going on, tilted his head before walking up towards the Oshawott and licking her, causing her to flinch in pain.

"Attack with Aqua Tail!" Tanya ordered, Natalia nodding her head as she ran towards the Munchlax, jumping in the air and smashing the tail into the Munchlax. The pokemon skidded along the floor, pushing himself up and looking only mildly annoyed. Running towards Natalia, he started repeatedly striking Natalia, the Oshawott holding her hands in front of her to try and impede the assault. Once the Munchlax was finished, Natalia stood up, but looked to be hurt by the attack.

"Finish off the Munchlax with Aqua Tail!" Tanya shouted, Natalia jumping into action and smashing her tail into Munchlax again. This time, Munchlax couldn't stay up as he swayed from side to side and fell to the floor, expending all of his energy. Picking up a pokeball, Tanya threw it at the Munchlax, hoping to catch it.
