Yep, that barnacle had tried to increase its attack by using a move called Hone Claws. Clamp was still going on as Isabeau was in discomfort, trying not to wince as the claws were digging into her steel body once again. One could only hope that this leech would break free or this could be deadly. The floating sword awaited her next move. "Again, use Night Slash!" The ghost sword's blade glowed purple as she once again flung the barnacle to the ground, but its claws were still attached to her. That thing had a strong grip, considering that it was a barnacle and all. Since Grass types were the only way to defeat this barnacle, this battle would be screwed, but strangely not so since Poochyena was taken down which meant that there would be less worry for the floating sword.

If only the rock had a defense high enough to last against another slash from the steel menace. Alas that wasn't so, on the third strike the barnacle finally let go. His small body fell backwards as the barnacle lay motionless. So much for rock superiority. With the last of her first forms down, now was the time to bring in the big guns. Kyrie returned the barnacle, taking in a deep breath as she prepared for her not-so-obedient pokemon to take the stage.
Taking a ball from an opposite pocket that she shoved the others in, Kyrie tossed it into the air. The light reached into the sky and revealed a large bat with an even larger mouth. Belphegor the golbat took the stage, ready to show that he was so much stronger than his 'pathetic' counterparts. His pride as deep as the chasm he yawned with. "Belphegor, Bite." The bat hovered in the air for a moment before he began to pound his wings, catapulting himself at the sword from the air, his large fangs bared and ready to chomp.
Action : Binacle fainted, summoned out Golbat. Used Bite BP 60, BA 80, 100% acc. x2 effectiveness

The barnacle had let go of her and fainted. And there was a bat with an open mouth which bit her. Well, that was it for the floating sword as she fell to the ground in a clank. "Get some rest. You did a great job." She returned Isabeau to her Pokeball and sent out Aero the Aerodactyl who screeched as he hovered in front of her. Certainly, a Rock type could actually turn the tables on a bat. At that time, that barnacle was troublesome, but the steel-type sword could've been kept for a stronger opponent. "Use Ancient Power, Aero!" The avian pterodactyl summoned floating rocks and fired them at the bat. Since she knew that the bat was the same type as Aero, it would probably not be difficult. Though there was no telling what the Golbat would actually do. That battle was getting interesting so far with a few Pokemon showing off their strength.
Action: Honedge fainted; sent out Aerodactyl. Aero uses Ancient Power. BP: 60 + STAB + 2x effectiveness Accuracy: 100%

Kyrie could feel the tension in her body begin to well up. The bat managed to take down the sword with his mighty fangs but no was the hard part. Whether or not he would listen to her after that. Already Belphegor was dancing in the air, screeching his victory like some featherless peacock. Then the next pokemon came out. Kyrie stared at the creature, unsure of whether it was a dragon or something else. It had horns, big wings, and some extremely sharp looking teeth. But what really got her was the size of that thing. It would easily tower over her! For a moment she had to wonder what that scary thing ate, eyeing it's large head and jaws. She flinched when the giant monster of a creature conjured up some rock and tossed them at her bat. She watched him fall, taking the major damage. He looked as if he was going to fall straight to the ground but somehow the bat managed to save himself. Gravely wounded but good enough for one attack. "Again, Bite." The girl commanded as the bat screeched in rage. The golbat was all too happy to oblige, enraged at the fact that this ancient pokemon had both bigger wings than himself and bigger teeth. It was madness! He rose, swoopong down to aim a bite on the aerodactyl.
Action : Used Bite BP 60, BA 80, 100% acc.

That bat was angry at the pterodactyl, possibly because Aero had bigger wings or sharper teeth. Aero cringed when the bat managed to bite him. Well, it couldn't be helped that natural selection favored the rather omnivorous pterodactyl and he was a rather ancient Pokemon at that. Despite that, there was no time for debate as there was still a battle going on. "Aero, use another Ancient Power!" The avian pterodactyl summoned more floating rocks and fired them at the bat again. One could only hope that the bat wasn't about to pull a surprise move, but no worries. Actually, the next Pokemon might be the bane of the flying pterodactyl since Aero had some weaknesses of his own. Since Rock type moves were apparently effective at taking down a Flying type, it'll be useful for future battles.
Action: Aero used Ancient Power. BP: 60 + STAB + 2x effectiveness Accuracy: 100%

Ah, but of course. Although the bat could last one rock to the head, he couldn't survive a second. After Belphegor had bit his opponent, more of those magical rocks appeared and crashed into him - knocking him off and effectively knocking him out. He seemed to bounce a bit as fell, sliding into a fainted state. Well at least listened to her for the moments he was out, that was a plus. Returning the bat, Kyrie paused, contemplating the two last pokemon she had left.
The thoughts ended with a shake of her head as another ball was thrown onto the field. Out came a muscle head, flexing and showing off as he came out. Now Kyrie had never battled with the machoke before so she wasn't too sure of whether he was going to listen to her. "Gressil, Cross Chop." She held her breath as the fighter looked at her, breathing when he turned back to his opponent and charged the dinosaur.

The bat had been defeated by the floating rocks. Aero screeched in victory and then came...a muscle man. The muscles seem to bulge as he charged at Aero. However, the attack missed and it seemed that it would've been powerful enough to cause much damage. Since the muscle man was pretty much a Fighting type, that left one of the known weaknesses that fighters have. "Aero, use Fly!" The avian pterodactyl screeched as he flew up into the air and just hovered there. It seemed that the ancient pterodactyl was having a thrill battling strong opponents like himself though he had never battled anyone like that muscle man. Well, there should be two Pokemon left if Aero were to go down and type resistances were probably a good strategy for this battle.
Action: Aero uses Fly and flies up high.

The attack missed, how could he miss?! He was a mass of muscle going to punch the life out of a bigger dinosaur! Kyrie couldn't help but face palm at the creature, questioning his very existence. The machoke didn't seem to mind, going back to flexing when the flyer soared up into the air. Yeah, he deserved to get smashed by that even if it was super effective. Going against her better judgement, Kyrie let her idiot flexer out on the field and watched as he made a fool of himself. That and she also a secret desire to see if his muscles would save him from a painful air strike.
Action : Foe is in the air, machoke is idle.

The muscle man had been idle for a while, but then it looked like he wasn't able to hit the flying pterodactyl anyway. Aero was still hovering in the air, awaiting his next move. "Alright. Now strike!" Aero screeched as he proceeded to divebomb at the muscle man, inevitably feeling the rush and thrill of being in the air. Only time will tell whether the attack would land or not, but it looked like it had a pretty good chance. On top of that, she assumed that he didn't have any moves that could hit a Flying type, so it was oddly a good thing. However, there might be stronger opponents that are willing to take down a dinosaur, just not yet. If worse comes to worse, the water bug wasn't going to make it since he would be squashed by this Machoke. Would luck decide which one would be left standing in this battle? No one knows yet, but that battle was getting fun.

It was probably a horrible thing to do, keeping Gressil out even when the odds were against him; the worst part was that she didn't feel bad seeing her pokemon sliding back after the attack. He did try to stop the attack with pure strength on the impact but alas that didn't work. The flyer must've had a much higher attack stat than special attack since the machoke fell to his knee after sliding backward. He struggled to stay up but in the end face planted on the battlefield. That left her one... one pokemon for the last of the other's three. Great. Just, wonderful. It was quite obvious that she wasn't meant to be a battler at this point. With a heavy sigh, Kyrie recalled her downed machoke - throwing out her finale.
Now someone would expect some giant dragon or some monster of a pokemon for their last, that or the weakest creature they had on their team. Kyrie's last call was probably a former, the weakest of the second stages. In a flash of light an ice cream took the field, a big grin decorating his face. Belias, her only ice type and the cry baby of the team. "Ice Beam." Kyrie commanded, holding her breath as the floating ice cream took in one big breath before blowing out a beam of ice at the dragon-dinosaur-bat-lizard thing. Amazingly he hadn't started crying yet, least he was bucking up.

And with that, the Machoke had been downed. Aero screeched in victory once again until...a Pokemon resembling ice cream was sent out. And a beam of ice shot out of it, causing the flying pterodactyl to screech out in alarm. Well, too late. The beam of ice managed to impact the pterodactyl and he struggled to stay in the air. After a while, he crashed into the ground, spirals appearing where his pupils should be. That meant he was unconscious."You did a great job out there. Get a good rest." With that being said, she returned him to his Pokeball. She sent out her Surskit where he slid in front of his trainer in order to do battle with the floating ice cream. "Senketsu, use Shadow Ball!" The bug complied and summoned a dark blob of energy in which he promptly fired it at the floating ice cream. One could only hope that the water bug would be able to defeat a Pokemon more evolved than himself.

Kyrie finally felt herself breath after seeing the monster of a pokemon go down, more relieved that her ice cream hadn't freaked out than the victory. She expected another monster to come out, instead she got a weird little sliding spider thing. She wasn't too sure what that was. As such, the girl could only guess it was a bug thanks to it's size. Maybe an ice or water type thanks to the color, could've also been grass since there were blue flowers. She really had no idea.
The sliding bug spat out a shadow ball at the ice cream, his goofy smile disappeared into a large frown. He wasn't crying yet, being an evolved form his special defense was high enough that it didn't really hurt. "Belias, make it Hail." Taking in the command the vanillish hopped a few times, his goofy smile back as little chunks of ice began to fall from the sky.
Action : Used Hail, area move.

Well, that didn't hurt that much for the ice cream, but the water bug was actually the team's last hope. And the ice cream summoned some hail which would pelt the water bug since he was not an Ice type. The only option was to try to pelt it with some special moves. "Senketsu, use another Shadow Ball!" The water bug summoned another dark blob of energy and fired it at the ice cream. As he did so, he was pelted by one the hailstones which wasn't a good thing. Even so, he'll have to try to take down the ice cream or faint trying. Seems like this battle would go on for hours since the ice cream would most likely have an ability to heal off of the ice. It all depended on sheer luck now since apparently, the hail would starting hurting the water bug every turn. Even luck managed to find its way through some battles now and then.

The hail was more for the ice pokemon's regeneration than for harm. Now it was down to trying to get the skating bug with luck and praying that it didn't have any super moves that would make her ice cream scream for mercy. Again a ball of shadow was shot at the ice cream, that goofy smile turning to a frown again. "Mirror Shot." The vanillish swirled, glowing as he gathered up bits of light before spitting a steel shot at the bug. His mouth was wide in a grin again, being rather creepy with light shining from his face...

Shadow Ball didn't manage to make a dent towards the ice cream. And once again, the hail had healed the ice cream. Yep, regeneration by ice was going to be difficult to take down unless something slowly leeched out the life out it. And the ice cream shot out a metallic shot towards the bug which didn't hurt much. "Senketsu, use Scald!" The water bug complied with his order and spewed out scalding hot water at the ice cream. Hopefully, that'll be able to put a hope spot on the entire team at least. However, it could be a lot worse with a hailstorm on the battlefield. The Surskit was once again pelted by one of the hailstones which hurt him. She didn't know how long the hailstorm would last, but it would eventually end like all area moves.
Action: Senketsu used Scald. BP: 80 + STAB Accuracy: 100%
