With a stroke of luck, it appeared that after the lady mocked Seria, she sneezed, fumbling her order to have her Excadrill tank the attack of the Skarmory. "That's what you get for barely wearing anything." Seria hissed under her breath. Even so, the Excadrill launched a fearsome Earthquake attack once more. This meant that the Cincinno at least would hang on to dear life with just a silver of energy. Sadly, her other Pokemon were not so lucky. They had taken too much damage, and all of them fainted, leaving Carrie as the sole survivor on the field. However, the Excadrill looked like he would go down in another hit as well. Seria looked serious, recalling her Sawsbuck, Galvantula and Liepard. "Carrie, you managed to hold on! Stroke of luck, but I'll take what I can get! Finish off that Excadrill with another Aqua Tail!" Seria pointed at the mole and soon Carrie slid quickly towards him, using her tail to try and smack him down fiercely once more.

A sigh of relief escaped from Aurora's mouth as she watched her opponent's Pokemon fall down in defeat. It was about time that she had managed to take those two down. She easily could have finished that battle off earlier, if she would have started off with her Flygon and Venusaur. However, it was no time for her to beat herself up, because her opponent had just released his last Pokemon. Her golden eyes locked on the Nidoking standing in front of her, a soft smirk would soon touch her lips as she glanced over at her Venusaur. "Let's finish this battle off in style. Mega Evolution!" She shouted, flashing a dazzling charm bracelet with two unique Mega Stones, one for her Venusaur and the second one for her Gardevoir. A brilliant burst of light engulfed the massive Venusaur and within seconds, a Mega Venusaur appeared ready for battle with an increased offenses and defenses. After the new evolution Mega Venusaur and Flygon was soon hit with a powerful Blizzard attack from the Nidoking. Luckily, due to her boosted stats Hana was able to hang on with a bit of health left. Unfortunately for Sahara, the Flygon she had a 4x weakness to the attack and ended up fainting on the field. "You've done well, Sahara." Aurora smiled before taking out another Pokeball and releasing her shiny Auroraus. Upon releasing her new Pokemon, a hailstorm blew down onto the battlefield due to her Pokemon's ability Snow Warning. "Hana, use Giga Drain. Iris let's show them a real Blizzard!" Hana quickly fired a nutrient-draining beam of light toward her foe, hoping to steal half of his HP in order to restore her own health. Isis would then follow up with her own Blizzard attack and due to the hailstorm gracing the field, her attack was sure to hit.
Flygon fainted.
Venusaur Mega Evolved and used Giga Drain on Nidoking. 75 BP + STAB. Accuracy 100%. Venusaur restores half of her HP.
Aurorus entered the battle and used Blizzard. 110 BP + STAB. Accuracy 100% due to Hailstorm.
Blizzard has a 10% chance of freezing.

Astrid let out a heavy sigh. "Hooo...you would find some way to stall this out even more, wouldn't you." She looked around at her team. Xanadu was...down. Most likely down. She could be faking, but for the most part even her and Lunatic knew when to stop messing around. The attacks were starting to wear on everyone else as well, but it was their weakening nature that was more threatening than the raw damage. This would make rendering assistance difficult. "Xanadu, come back and rest. You did great. Magnate, Lunatic, you come back as well. And..." Just in case, she threw out one more ball, revealing the current centerpiece of her team, her Metagross. She didn't call it by name though, but instead sent it out without fanfare. "Alright, just to make sure that thing can't attack again, hit it all at once! Low Kick, Play Rough, Shadow Ball!"
Each of Astrid's remaining Pokemon unleashed their attacks. A sweeping kick from the Scraggy. A fast-paced but playful barrage of attacks from the Klefki. And a mass of shadowy energy from the apparent Metagross. Each of them converged on the Scizor. Just one of them would be enough to knock it out, but if the item that had saved it the first time could activate again, Astrid didn't want to take any chances.
Beheeyem fainted.
Sent out 'Metagross' to replace Beheeyem. Withdrew Magneton and Clefable.
Scraggy used Low Kick - 100 BP + STAB, from 70 base attack.
Klefki used Play Rough - 90 BP + STAB, x0.5 due to resistance, from 80 base attack. Hit roll - 1-9 for success: QyeQJW2G1-10
'Metagross' used Shadow Ball - 80 BP, from 80 base special attack.1-10

Togekiss wasn't the fastest Pokemon in the world, by any stretch, but flying certainly helped Karin to keep speed as they made their way to the next battlefield. She slowed down occasionally to look back and make sure she hadn't lost the two students who had come with her, but all in all, they made good time getting to the Business District. It also helped that it wasn't far off from downtown. Karin did a quick sweep of the situation as they approached. The battle was clearly still going on, and while some of the combatants were starting to clean up, others were clearly still struggling. Their leader, Alouette, was among those still in the middle of a fight, but she still looked like she was doing fine. Karin gave her a quick and rather cheesy salute, then turned her attention on the others. Her other fellow warden was also down to one opponent, and seemed like she still had some fight left in her. The students...well, two, maybe three were fine. The others looked to be in serious trouble, although one was definitely in straits more dire than the other. "Down there," Astrid said, pointing at the blonde-haired boy facing off with a couple fire types. "Mima, you come out too. It's too damn hot right here, so let's finish this one real quick." As Mima materialized next to her, Karin directed Felix into the sunbeams and towards the fight. Mima followed behind her, inclining her head as though using her 'hat' to shield her face from the sun. Assisting William "Felix, hit the monkey with Air Slash! Mima, Power Gem on the other one!" she called. Felix responded with a flap of his wings, creating a blade-like gust of wind that shot down towards the Monferno. Mima, meanwhile, focused energy into her gem necklace, then fired it as a multifaceted beam of crystal-like energy, aimed at the Quilava. "Looks like we got here just in time," she said once both of them had gotten their attacks off. Action - Karin:Assist William. Be a big damn hero. Action - Togekiss: Air Slash on the Monferno - 70 BP, x2 from weakness, STAB. 60% flinch chance. 120 base special attack. Flinch Roll - 1-3 for success:r|TotmBR1-5Action - Mismagius: Power Gem on the Quilava - 80 BP, x2 from weakness. 105 base special attack. 10% flinch chance from King's Rock. A massive wall of pure damage was sent out at the enemy. She had managed to faint a few of the enemy's team while hers was still going strong. Yet, as that happened, a wave of attacks came right back at her. While some of her Pokemon were able to withstand a few hits, some others had endured too much. Eelektross and Cloyster were down for the count after those consecutive attacks were made. Ally was still going strong though. Keep firing! He can't overpower our sheer force! Samurott, Blizzard! Metagross, Rock Slide! Hisoutensoku, Thunder Punch on that Scizor! Her forces may have been weakened, but Alouette knew that she could power through it all. After this, she would have to assist the students. Off to her side, she could see that they were struggling a bit with their matches. Take em out! As she gave the order, the attacks went out towards all of the enemy Pokemon left. She would be ending this now. Notes: Eelektross and Cloyster fainted. A Bit of Ambience
Versus Alouette
”You really like rocks and ice, I see. Well, whatever.” The youth returned his three Pokemon. That Slaking might've had a little fight left in him, but there was no point in trying to make it last. From the looks of things, they were being ousted by the enemy, and the enemy even had reinforcements. It was about time to wrap things up and get the hell out of Dodge. ”The riff-raff are gone. We can take care of your lot later. Guys! Fall back and get out!” With that, the man produced another ball, releasing a ceremoniously amazing mount: A Pidgey.
”See ya later, girly.” He stepped onto the small bird. ”Pidgey. Soar!” Somehow, the small bird rocketed away, and the cell leader safely retained his footing on the winged “platform”.
Action: Enemy retreated on his amazing Pidgey. Fear his return.
Versus Seria
”Hoho. Comment on style when you're old enough, kid.” The scantily-clad lady overheard the order from the cell leader. Good timing, really, considering that her Excadrill just fainted. Oh well. She did her damage. She tossed another ball, revealing a Drifblim. It gradually floated above her. ”Try to learn about fashion in the future, kid. It'll open your eyes a bit, and those of the people lookin' your way. Haha.” The balloon's little tentacle-arm-flaps wrapped around her arms before they began to take off.
”And away we go. Ciao~!”
Action: Enemy retreated, blowing hot air.
Versus Tanya
”. . . not a game.” Napoleon finally said before returning his two fainted Pokemon. Orders were given, and he had reached the end of his team's combat effectiveness. For now. He tossed another ball, revealing a Drilbur. ”Heard, understood, acknowledged. We're leaving.” The Drilbur extended its “fingers” before compiling its claws into spade-like extensions.
”Dig, Drilbur.” He ordered before clinging to the Pokemon. The two spun and spiraled into the cement. Why would they care about collateral damage?
Action: Enemy retreated. Drill to the sewers.
Versus William
”Hey. Hey. Hey! This was a fight, mano-a-mano, you stupid dame!” With a growl and a shaking fist, swollen face returned his Quilava and Monferno, both of whom were badly beaten. Then? He released a Ponyta. ”We'll finish our fight, fair and square, later, man. Peace out.” He had no reason to stay now that someone ruined his fight with this other dude. Plus, orders were orders.
”Tonight, we dine indoors!” He mounted the Ponyta. ”Away!” And away they went.
Actions: Enemy retreated. If only there were three hundred of them.
Versus Astrid
”It's over.” Ring-face noted as she returned her Scizor. The opponent had sent out a Metagross. Plus, there were orders. It was over. She did what she could. She released an Aron before stepping on it. ”We're leaving. Let's go, Aron.” The little Aron wobbled a tiny bit, feet scratching over the ground, but, as though someone released the breaks, the little thing shot away, with ring-face on top.
Actions: Enemy retreated. Yabba-dabba-doo.
Versus Aurora
”Ah, and that would seem to be it.” The gentleman concluded, returning his Nidoking. ”I must say, though, you're not that good at battling. You should take a moment to consider your options before issuing a command for a high-failure-rate move when facing off multiple enemies, for example. Ah, but where are my manners. Take care, young lady.” With that, he produced yet another ball. It released an Archeops.
”Let us go, Archeops.” The man, monocle, top hat, cane, and all, flew away on the defeatist bird.
Actions: Enemy retreated. Offered words of wisdom to the young.
Versus Crispin
The girl tried to speak. It all happened so quickly. With one lapse of judgment, everything broke down?! That was unfair, completely unfair, she shouldn't have been losing. Why, why, why, why, why!? Stomping the ground repeatedly, she returned the Politoed and Wartortle, glaring at the boy viciously. She then released an Abra.
”Mark my words, poophead, I will have my vengeance!” With a huff and a hug to the Abra she grumbled. ”Let's go, Abra.” And the two warped elsewhere.
Actions: Enemy retreated. Also used harsh language and swore vengeance. Oh dear.
All enemies have retreated! But did you really win?

Alouette watched as the enemy recalled his Pokemon and left in a hurry; on a Pidgey for that matter. Though, his choice of words were a bit. . . odd? Girly he says. The warden's eye twitched a bit before quickly looking back on the other groups. It would seem that their battles had all been won, with results varying from person to person. One of the wardens from the other team had decided to show up as well it seemed. They must have already cleared out the area. Though, it made her wonder how the team sent to the Residential District was fairing.
As the leader of the group, Alouette made her decision on what their next job was. She turned to the warden who had showed up just a moment ago. Miss Karin Norling. I assume that the rest of Team 1 went to the Residential District, yes? If that's the case, they should be able to handle the threats there. Take the students here and bring them back to the academy. Following that, she turned to the group as a whole. Good job everyone. It would appear that the enemy has been pushed out of the majority of the city with the rest of it being taken care of as we speak. As such, I'm having you all return to your dorms to rest up. The other two wardens will escort you to your dorms if need be. I will be patrolling a bit to make sure there aren't any stragglers left running around the city. That is all. She didn't need these kids hurting themselves more than they already did. Remounting Hisoutensoku and recalling her Pokemon, the young warden began to patrol the rest of the city. Everything had quieted down, meaning that if there was more enemies, they would be few and far between. . . .I'm hungry. As she set off, her stomach rumbled a bit. A big meal after this would be nice.

The words of her opponent rippled through her mind, causing her to pause in her actions. She was too busy being in the emotion of the battle that she lost sight of the seriousness of the situation they were in. It made her feel guilty in her actions and how she acted. She couldn't lose focus though. Looking back up at her opponent, he got out a Drilbur and started retreating.
"Hey! Come back here!" Tanya called out pathetically, watching the trainer get away. If Gundamu was still alive, she probably could use Earthquake, but then she would be hurting the trainer as well. If she did that, she'd probably be just as bad as the people who attacked the city. That alone was enough to unsettle her thoughts and encourage her decision to not chase after the guy. She technically did win the battle though. At least, her plan worked out without a hitch.
Looking towards the leader of the group, the Wave Dorm Warden, she listened silently as she listened to her leader's instructions, Dani and Danielle either side of her looking on curiously. Her face was furrowed in a solemn frown, thinking about the opponents she and the others just had faced. Who the hell were they? Whoever they were, Tanya didn't think that was the last they were going to see of them. She could've handled that battle much more elegantly. It was clear that she had a lot to learn still.
Her immediate concerns were her close friends. Looking around the area, she tried her best to find Seria and Astrid. Judging from what she saw from the battles, Astrid managed to handle her opponent pretty well. On the other hand, Seria seemed to struggle a bit more. She stopped running when she found the two of them.
"You guys ok?" Tanya asked with concern, her eyes shifting quickly between Astrid and Seria. Once she made sure that they weren't hurt or anything, she gave a heavy grin "Don't worry about me, I'll be fine." It seemed like everyone was headed back to their dorms. Obviously, today had been a radical change from what she had faced before in the academy. The air of seriousness hug in the air, almost to the point of choking.
"Let's head back together guys. Today's been really something, hasn't it?"

It was done. It was finally over, Aurora had managed to defeat her opponent off withstanding a rough start. She would listen to her opponents words. She knew that she had made plenty of mistakes through the battle, that almost caused her to lose half of her team. However, just because she made those mistakes didn't mean that she wasn't good at battling. She would push her opponent's remarks out of her mind then watch him flee into the air with his fossil Pokemon. She wanted to issue a Blizzard at her opponent out of anger, However, she managed to channel her emotions. Running her dainty fingers through her hair, she would thank her Pokemon before returning them back into their Pokeballs. She would then make her way over toward her group of students. "Merveilleux team! You were all amazing. I admire both your passion and strength to overcome the odds to obtain a victory." She smiled, giving her team a kind bow. She would then glance over at the Mana Warden, giving her a sweet smile and thanking her for coming over to assist her team. After hearing their Commander speak, Aurora would nod her head and turn her attention back over toward the student. "Okay team, our job here is done. We must return back to the Academy to heal up our Pokemon and rest our bodies." She smiled, escorting the students back toward the Academy.

Seria could only glare at the scantily-clad woman who mentioned something about 'commenting on style only when she was older.' Seria's fist clenched as she recalled the barely-standing Carrie for a well-deserved rest, before uttering some words under her breath. "One does not need to be old to realize that less does not always mean more," she growled. "Don't come back." she simply growled once more as she watched the lady use a Drifblim to fly away. Funny, because that Pokemon actually looked cute, unlike the lady. Was she trying to look attractive? Amanda was much more attractive than her, and she wore about twice the amount of clothing, if not slightly more. Fashion was about an attractive combination of clothing, and at times stylish. For her, a distinct lack of it was not fashionable. In any case, it took her some time to realize that someone had entered in on a Togekiss - the evolution of Togetic, which was basically a giant egg bird.
It was Karin, of all people. It brought a smile to her face, seeing another Warden who was dispatched come in, and help out. Seria waved and uttered out words of thanks to Karin before turning her attentions to the leader of the squad.
The blonde-haired leader said to everyone to return back to the dorms to get rested after that. Seria didn't really want to argue. She wasn't feeling very good about the encounter regardless of her victory. Eventually, Tanya arrived closer to the scene, presumably to search for her and Astrid. In the chaos, Seria had not realized the others had their own battles to fight, too. Thankfully, Astrid and Tanya didn't have very much trouble. Unfortunately, that didn't really ease Seria's tension. Seria turned to face Tanya.
"...I'm fine, I think." Seria muttered plainly, her fists still clenched. Yes, they had won, but Seria knew that she only won by the skin of her teeth. She felt pretty useless compared to everyone else. "...Yeah. Let's go back." she simply said plainly.

And then, it really was over. It was clear that Astrid's opponent still had Pokemon left over, but if they were all like the Aron she sent out to aid in her escape, then they both knew that the battle was irreversibly in Astrid's favor. The Scizor had been ring-face's last chance to make a difference in the fight, either between them or overall, and it hadn't worked.
The others retreated around the same time anyway, on their leader's orders and timed nicely with the arrival of reinforcements, but Astrid could tell that she, personally, had already won their bout. Giving chase, however, was completely out of the question. A quick glance around the others of their group proved that most of them had fared much worse than her, and she absolutely wasn't going to go after them alone.
She made her way back towards Seria, and nodded to Tanya as she approached as well. "I'm just fine," she said. "Didn't even have to use my strongest." As she said this, the Metagross behind her seemed to dissolve in the air, leaving only the Zorua she'd caught over the course of her mission with Tanya in its place. Astrid recalled it, as well as the Scraggy and Klefki. "Sounds like you two did pretty good as well." She managed a fairly lighthearted smile, despite everything. Today had been pretty heavy, all things considered, but for someone who was so used to acting like nothing was wrong before an audience, it was very easy to keep positive. Or at least, to look that way. "I agree, let's get back. I want to sleep this off."
