The following is a listing of open spots for special positions on the RP site, such as teachers and other staff. If you wish to play as one of the characters on here, simply make the profile. No need to get permission or anything. If more than one person posts a profile going for the same spot, I and the other staff members will look over them, and give the spot to the one we believe to be the better of the two.
Each staff member's Pokemon can have hidden abilities (as well as any normal), be fully evolved, have full move sets (included completed move expansions for a total of twelve moves on each Pokemon), and even be shiny. Each Pokemon may have a held battle item as well. (Mega Stones, Life Orb, etc.) Because of this, staff do not gain any event rewards.
Important notes for those looking to make staff of any kind. While we do not restrict people from making staff, there are some guidelines we usually go by when looking over profiles. Generally, we will accept teachers and other adult staff so long as they are acceptable. However, we are a bit more picky with wardens. Given that many people go for the warden position for the sake of having a full fully evolved team, we generally don't accept warden characters from new people. (ie, their first character) This is to make sure only people who are willing to stay and use them will be taking up these slots rather than having them go to waste. That being said, should a new person make an exceptionally good profile, they will likely be accepted. That being said, don't count on that chance.
As for accepted teachers and wardens, there are requirements in order to keep those positions. Wardens, who act as the "gym leaders" for dorms, can not refuse challenges for badges so long as the person is not consistently looking for rematches after losing. Rules on that can be found in the Getting Started section. Should the Warden fail to "complete" more than one battle, going by forfeit via failure to post in a timely manner, the warden may be fired.
Teachers must also do their job. Namely, they must have classes completed on a regular basis. We have assured a fair amount of leniency to do so. A class every 45 days is enough to keep the position.
Failure of staff to abide by these conditions will lead to the staff member being fired.

Assistant Headmaster/Headmistress
This person helps the Headmaster in running the academy, usually taking care of the things that they cannot attend to personally. In the event that the Headmaster is somehow rendered unable to do his job, or should something come up that requires him to leave the Academy for an extended period of time, he/she will take over as Headmaster/Headmistress until he is able to return.
Age Requirements: no younger than 25
Pokemon Limits: Up to 12 Pokemon.

Teachers
Obviously, we can't have an academy without teachers. Since they're all in the same group, they all have the same requirements.

Wardens
These are former students who had recently graduated from the academy themselves, and now serve as supervisors at the dorm they once attended. Here, they keep the students in line, and act as mentors. They also operate as "Gym Leaders" for their respective dorms, handing out badges to students who manage to prove themselves. There are four wardens per dorm; two male and two female. They were the top of their class for that dorm, so it's needless to say that they are fairly skilled trainers.
Age Requirements: no younger than 19; no older than 26
Pokemon Limits: Up to 8 Pokemon. At least two of your Pokemon must be of one of the types that the dorm they live in represent.
